It's very easy to book and get all we need quickly. We only have to wait 10 minutes before bus coming. Passengers only three of us meanwhile the capacity of the bus is for 15 person. We directly go to the hotel without additional charges. This is the best choice with low price and better service.

Go to B1, look for 'Ground Transport' concierge and show the barcode. You will get a ticket of bus number& its ETA. There were around 7 destination in one go so it took 1 hr to reach orchard (I was the last passenger) even my flight landed on 23:40 at night. Decent space for lugagge. I was expecting hassle because I book the transport on 20 but take on 21 almost 2am, but the staff didn't say anything. If you're solo& doesn't take that much luggage and flexible in time, the shuttle is good choice.

Pilihan hotel hanya ada hotel value balastier ternyata di jalan tsb ada dua hotel dengan brand yg sama sehingga kita repot utk untuk naik lagi kendaraan umum menuju hotel value satunya. Pada saat pulang utk mengganti tujuan penjemputan juga tidak bisa sehingga keluar uang lagi utk transportasi balik ke Bandara. Sangat tidak efisien dan menjadi mahal. Rencana awal ingin menikmati transportasi antar jemput Bandara malah menjadi kisruh dan repot akibat salah pilihan hotel

Lokasi counter shuttel sangat mudah di temui, perjalanan dari airport ke hotel sangat membantu dan mudah, namun dari hotel ke airport tidak di jemput sehingga kami transport yg lain

Glad that I purchased this. Easy to redeem, just show your mobile voucher. The counter is just before the exit door. We then transferred directly to the hotel.

The staff on the bus didn't know the ticket could be booked on Traveloka so it was confusing.

Có chút rắc rối vì booking của Traveloka ko được update trên hệ thống dịch vụ. Mất 20 phút giải quyết nhưng dù sao cũng có cách giải quyết.

Tempat shuttle bus tidak detail, saya kesusahan mencari halte shuttle bus

Very helpful once you have a late flight. When the train closed already, and you afraid to take a bus at night while your cost is not sufficient for taking a taxi. This could be your hero. Right in front of your hotel, you'll safely arrive. I recommend this.

Kami bertiga dengan anak dan istri menunggu di lobby lantai 1 ruang jemputan (pick up), mereka membentuk group WA (yang terdekat ke kami yang jemput), disuruh turun ke bawah pintu 3, ketemu, langsung ke hotel tujuan.

Cukup mudah mencari counter ground transport di bandara changi. Efisien karena langsung diantar ke hotel.
