We were able to see the Mt. Fuji along the way and also almost our entire trip in Japan was covered by the JR Pass.

Traveling around Japan is more exciting if you ride their bullet trains. But one ticket alone will cost a fortune, so it's really recommended to get their Japan Rail Pass and just compliment it with an IC Card and you're good to go!

JR Pass made transportation so much easier. You just need to find railways that are covered because there are some lines that are not. It is definitely a value for money. One thing though, why can't it be printed/issued to a card type instead (just like IC cards, etc) or at least a passport size card? The size is kind of inconvenient to take-in take-out when needed for use.

Claim the exchange order (or have it delivered). Then just give the exchange order in JR offices in Japan to get your JR Pass. Very easy to claim. The JR pass is very useful especially if you have many inter-city travels on the Shinkansen.

The JR PASS is really a must when you visit Japan for more than 7days and if you plan to travel from Tokyo to Osaka and other areas. JR lines cover most of Japan’s tranpo system. Traveloka is a great choice since they cater even short span of time booking. I booked April 8 and was able to pick up April 9 in time for my April 11 trip. I was able to pick up our the exchange order from JTB in JCenter Mall. The staffs were so accommodating. Note: you need to buy JR pass prior entering Japan Thanks!
