it was pleasant to have my ticket with Arthamas. The staff very helpful. I made a mistake while booking the ticket that supposedly Sanur - Lembongan, however I made the purchase Lembongan - Sanur. The staff help me by moving my tiket to the correct way.

Redeeming vouchers is very easy, even for the schedule you can chat via WhatsApp. It's just that the friendliness of the staff is lacking, maybe because I'm a domestic tourist.
But overall the punctuality and ease of booking tickets are very good
