It was horrible. When I tried to retrieve the device in Narita terminal 2 my name was not on their list. Voucher code is different! They gave me the whole list of customers for that day pick up as everything was manual. Unbelievable that they cannot do barcode scan as they explained scanner was not avail. However Traveloka team was very helpful in resolving the troubles. Tho I cant get got my refund less than a month. Traveloka has been worked hard to, much appreciated for the excellent customer service!
