It doesn't work at all. There's no signal. I had to buy a new SIM in Japan instead. But Japan explained the installation details better.

It's very easy and practical to use eSim from Javamifi, just when you want to leave, when you arrive at Changi, just turn on the eSim roaming settings, no need to bother registering a new sim card.
