Dusty room ,there was mosquitoes in the room and window is broken was sealed with tape . No soap and shampoo in bathroom so ended up not showering .

Whilst the staff were great the hotel is very tired. Breakfast was a bad experience where everything was done on disposable plates, paper / plastic cups & cutlery. The room was big but disjointed with a noisy air conditioner on the floor. More plastic spoons & paper cups were provided for coffee which seemed contradictory to the hotels green-policy around replacing towels only when required. The “sky bar” was basic, drinks were not great and although staff were lovely they had limited knowledge on what they were serving (although only had limited stock anyway with no beer/lager on tap). We only stayed 2 nights in between moving between cities but wouldn’t recommend.

Not up to standard on some of their bathroom utilities. Otherwise was ok. Only one person on shift had to handle newcomers and calls from rooms.

Most comfortable bed ever! Staff were extremely friendly. I will be needing to make a few visits to Kamloops and I will definitely stay here. Fabulous breakfast too!

Parking was horrible as we were trailering an item and it was next to impossible to get out safely. Window Glass was broken in one of the two rooms and the plumbing was noisy from above. No one informed us where the free breakfast was and it had limited selection. Whole building needs an upgrade

It is way different than the pictures on the site.

Overall good overnight stay. Would have preferred extra pillows in room. Staff and breakfast very good.

The place is so stinky the sheets have stains it was so hard to stay for one night also so dirty place

The room felt like the floor was slanted. the window that we opened was unsafe as it had no screen and it was large enough that a toddler could have crawled through and fell to their death.

The air conditioning was good. On circulation, it kept the room comfortable and fresh air kept the room aroma fresh. Breakfast was as good as a continental style can be.

Had a great stay...unfortunately upon leaving,my car had a homeless person sitting in the drivers seat The front desk summoned the police and they forcibly removed him. I probably forgot to lock my door...it's all on me..

Nice to overnigth but a little bit old.

The first room we had the bed was obviously slept in. Felt like a memory foam mattress. Room smelled sweaty and was extremely well used, wonderful view of the backside of HVAC unit. 2nd room was better fresh bedding but the qindow was cracked and hadn't been cleaned in years. Curatins had what appeared to be moth holes in them. Only one bath towel in a room with 2 double beds? Shampoo and soap dispencers either had no product or didn't work.. smallest/shortest toilet i have ever seen, room was cleaner than room 1 but still extremely used there is an extreme lack of maintaining through out entire building..

What can I say other than this is a truly terrible hotel. Honestly, the word 'hotel' is being generous, it's more like a glorified hostel. The wing my room was in is ancient and separated from the rest of the hotel so you have to walk outside to get there. The room itself was terrible: no nightstands, no phone, and nothing but fluorescent cold-white lights that give you an instant headache. The walls were beat to hell, the TV didn't work, and you could hear everything happening in the hallway. I stayed one night and checked out in the morning, then found a different hotel for the rest of my stay. I would never, ever stay here again.

Stay away, old outdated, not kept up. No shampoo in dispenser , stains on sheets. Only 3 pillows on Queen bed. Did not clean room entire weekend. Walls needed painting. Very noisy ftom hallway. Wiil not recommended to anyone. Not what i paid for. If i could have found another hotel to go to at that moment i would have.

The staff is great, they were super responsive. I wish the breakfast menu was a little better but otherwise the accommodation was great. The beds were super comfy.

Room has garbage left from previous occupancy and broken lamp.
