The Sheraton is my favourite place to stay when I am in Saskatoon. My kids love staying here because of the amazing pools and watersides. Great location, along the river, with lots of places to eat nearby. I love the unique Sheraton scent. Make sure to sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy points.

There was no hot water every morning we went to shower, I phoned the front desk and all they said was they would let the someone know. After a 2 night stay we left. Never had a warm shower, room service dropped the tray of food and coffee all over our bags and couch with no offer to clean. We paid $750 for this stay. Brutal and never again! A super 8 would be better!

Property in excellent condition, great location downtown by the river with underground parking for security. Pool area was big with main pool, 2.5 foot deep wading pool and the highlight being a great waterslide which exits into its own pool as well. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. Wife and me were very happy and our 6 year old doesn’t want to stay anywhere else when we come to Saskatoon now. By far the most enjoyable stay with the family we’ve had in quite some time.

I’ve stayed at three Sheraton hotels in Canada — twice in Vancouver and once in Calgary — and I never had any regrets, which is why I was so disappointed with the Sheraton in Saskatoon. We stayed for three nights and paid over $250 per night, yet there was no complimentary breakfast or parking. The lobby floor looked filthy, the carpets appeared unvacuumed, and the elevators were slow and dirty. The room was okay nothing special, a bit small. Unfortunately, the overall condition and service did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Sheraton hotels. We’ve decided that we will be booking a different hotel the next time we visit.

Great stay for our family

It's expensive not worth the $250 per night, underground parking was closed and still got charge $60 for parking. It doesn't include breakfast and restaurant have high prices.

Try to stay off the second floor. It’s very noisy with children running a muck in the hallway to and from the pool.

Love the area. Pet friendly is very important to us. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good tv. Staff were very helpful and happy to be of help. Always smiling.
