Room was spacious, clean & had everything you needed! Loved how there was shampoo etc so no need to bring my own! Bed was super comfy we had a great night’s sleep!

This was an excellent stay and I really don’t have any major complaints, just annoyances. The hotel itself was very clean and easy to access etc. The front door is locked to try to help with keeping people out who should not be there technically. I felt safe in the neighborhood, so it’s not really that big of an issue for me. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed in a quick and professional manner. Thank you. My annoyance has to do with being charged $40 to “self park” in a lot that was half empty. This fee was not mentioned when booking, or at least it was not mentioned clearly. In fact I booked this hotel because it had a big parking lot, not thinking (my bad) that they would want $40 to park. Another minor complaint is that I was charged $20 for a guest. It was me and my 18 and 16 year old children. Again, felt like a hidden fee, as I paid the standard rate for a room with 2 queens. I now know to be more vigilant next time, but having to spend an extra $50 was mildly annoying. These things are not all on Marriott, as I should have checked. Overall I was extremely happy with the stay. Those are just the reasons for 4 stars, not 5. Faculty? Excellent Staff? Excellent Location? Excellent Room? Excellent TV? Excellent

Room spotless, shower good water pressure, adequate towels, saltwater pool quite nice...

We had an end of hall room, very spacious and it was perfect for our stay. We are seniors and the step in shower was so safe and convenient. The staff were always courteous and very helpful. We look forward to our next stay.

The room was confortable, clean and the hôtel was very well situated.

Great location. Room was clean and in really nice shape. Front desk staff were amazing and offered suggestions for events in the Byward Market on NYE! Gave us a free upgrade, nice room and very spacious! But it was the farthest from the elevator! Lol.

The main floor is very noisy and your heating system is so loud anyway we stay there a lot I just won't stay on the main floor

Overall very good, great location, clean and comfortable.

There was not a free breakfast available. We did not expect one.
