Staff views location great

Hotel is a little dated in spots, but everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Rooms are clean but the building needs to be upgraded

Great location and helpful staff, room was nice, comfy bed. Hotel is showing it's age and needs a refresh, especially the bathroom in the rooms. Loved the Laronde revolving restaurant, view is wonderful!

Front desk staff & valet parking were super helpful, I drive a lifted truck & they made sure that we were well take care of the entire time. Rooms were typical, beds were decent. Will stay again!

The first room we got had a weird weed smell, even though we were on the non-smoking floor. When the staff were alerted, they immediately upgraded us to the VIP floor. Though that room was better, it still had a weird smell of a different kind and I had to go get a candle and a room freshner. The furniture was old-fashioned and I think the space needs upgrading. The staff members were incredible and helpful.

Room clean. No clock radio. No instruction papers in room regarding breakfast times and place or other hotel things. No fan in bathroom. Hot water in tub is scalding hot if turned on full. Beware if you have kids...very dangerous for burns. Front desk attendant initially forgot to give instructions on what levels to park my truck on check in. Probably will not return to this hotel. A little pricey for what you get, especially with parking fees.

Great downtown location! Our AC didnt work and we could've used more pillows but overall great!

The Hotel is old but well kept, price per night is reasonable.

The location was excellent and the staff really go the extra mile. Plus as a lesbian couple no one batted an eye at us, which is always a relief. The room was very clean, but had not been renovated in my lifetime (i’m in my 30s). The gym, which I care a lot about, was small but better equipped than the last couple holiday inns I stayed in. Overall it was a great budget hotel that understands hospitality

The staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly. They welcomed us with warm smiles and made sure we had everything we needed to check in, park, check out and even took the time to wish us safe travels when we were walking out of the lobby. Incredible customer service. The hotel room itself is very dated, with older, worn furniture... but the room was clean, the beds were very firm (but it wasn't uncomfortable), and the café breakfast buffet was average. Really, the location is fantastic for concerts at Rogers Place, but it was the people that work at the hotel that made our stay a positive experience. If you don't mind dated rooms - this is a great place to stay.
