Clean room, good breakfast.

Good attention and attitude for all the employees

Excellent staff but hopelessly old and run down facilities for a Hilton. Had to move the room because heating wasn’t working and in general the staff seem to be too busy to keep this hotel up and running. I pity them. They were still nice despite the challenges. Shame on the management.

I have never seen such a fantastic variety of items on any breakfast menu. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all fabulous. My family and I would definitely stay at this hotel when we’re in Vienna next.

Everything was perfect. Staff was courteous. Room cleaned and spacious. Downstairs lounge is a good place to relax after a day of wandering Vienna. Only thing is it's a bit far from the closest train station, 11 mins fast walking.

The room cleanliness was below expectations. In addition, calls to room service and the restaurant from the room went unanswered, which was disappointing.

Loved the Hotel and the staff. Always going above and beyond. 24hr Grab and Go very convenient. Best breakfast during my Europe journey after staying at Hilton Vienna Waterfront no other breakfast matched the same standard. Coffee at Breakfast was the best but there was multiple coffee options to choose from all day long and I loved that. Will definitely come back.

when you get off from elevator is better to see at what floor you are, put each floor number 👍

We got a room on the first floor, with view to underground parking. The room itself was fine, bathroom was pretty old, needs refurbish. Lot of amenities accesible only for executive guests. Bar was fine, but very cold in the evening. Breakfast was delicios, wide range of products, but after 9:00 AM extremely overcrowded. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere between the Danube and rails. Maybe it is better in the summer, during winter it is good for 1 night stay, not more.

Great hotel and Loved it. I had issues w the cleanliness in one of the beds. I also preferred the staff handle it right away but they did not. Otherwise it was a beautiful location near River.

Absolutely perfect! The hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the outstanding service to the comfort of the rooms. The location by the Danube River is beautiful, offering peaceful views while still being very close to the city center. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff deserves special mention: kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well-equipped gym, sauna, and a very cozy bar. Definitely one of the best Hilton hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would come back without hesitation!
