They charged a 4 times the room rate on the deposit! Then they charged for parking with out telling me at all by taking it out of the deposit. The room was spread rampant with mold and caused my allergies to go absolutely buzzerk. The ceiling had so many moisture marks from the mold. There were tons and tons of spider webs above the bed. There was a used contact on the the floor next to the bed. But mostly I'm upset because they did not tell you that they charge for parking, but then charge it through the 200 dollars they charge for a deposit. There needs to be a warning before booking here that they charge you 4 times the amount of a nights stay with a deposit and then they start charging for things WITHOUGHT NOTIFING YOU!!!

Went last Sat May30,2026: We chose this hotel because the building shown on the website looked nice, but the reality was completely different. They placed us in a separate building at the back. We could not get a refund because the booking was non-refundable. Our night was terrible; my son could not sleep well due to the noise from the outdated air conditioning.

J'ai obtenue un très bon prix durant la semaine. J'ai voulu prolongé d'une journée et le prix d'une nuitée à tripler de prix. À la fin de mon séjour, j'ai eu droit à la surprise d'une charge de stationnement de 20$ par jour. À mon arrivée, personne ne m'a indiqué qu'il y avait un frais de stationnement. Finalement, j'ai eu la surprise de voir mes muffins dévorés par une colonie de fourmis. Donc, je recommande cette établissement uniquement si le tarif est très bas et si nos exigences ne sont pas trop élevées.

Inside room is better than outside room

The staff was on their phone more than they were actually working. The staff was told the ice machine was not working and instead of going to go look I found out someone in the room next to it had turned it off and the staff took no initiative to go look so I did and fixed it. No rooms had fridges or hair dryers. We were advised a fridge would cost 10.00 and that parking was 30 when on our booking it said 20. There are many hotels do not stay at this one. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and we watched the cleaning staff enter a room near by and they were in and out in under 10 minutes and only had the pillow cases no sheets or towels.

Room was nice the carpets definitely need to be replaced
