Clean room, friendly staff, no problems. Quiet and inexpensive.

They have prepackaged studf so its very uself if youre unable to finish a certain food item. Breakfast has a huge variety. Doors lock at 10pm. Very affordable. STAFF IS SK SWEET. Love this hotel

Laundry requires loonies, room was not clean. Staff was rude and pride a refund which was never given, stay away from here.

A great hotel for a quick stay. My daughter and I stayed in the one queen bedroom for one night. Inexpensive and included breakfast! 10 minutes from the venue we needed and St. Laurent mall is across the street!

Unexpected gem

When I go to Ottawa I always stay here. Reasonable prices and its central to everything to do in the city. Newly renovated clean rooms and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Room was clean, however, tv often cut out, the fridge didn’t work. Staff wasn’t very fluent in English and still entered my room with a do not disturb sign. Didn’t use the wifi. Laundry machine cost 4& in coins which is hard to come by. Vending machine says 1.85 for a can of pop then charges your card 5&… breakfast is dry but simple.

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel as I booked without checking previous reviews and we never heard of this hotel so were unsure what to expect, but it was great! The room was smaller, but very clean. Desk staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. There was a decent breakfast offered and the area has alot of options close by We will stay in this hotel again on our next trip to Ottawa.
