Room temps were hard to get comfortable. There was a bug on a bed. Other than that, great stay.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby looked great. Our room was on the first floor and felt a little old when first walking in. Room seemed clean, linens looked fine but once we got settled in it was clear that the room hadn’t had a deep clean in a very long time. There was soda or something spilled on the wall behind the bed, AC vents were very dirty , and the shower drain was extremely clogged. Over all our stay was fine, beds were comfy.

The hotel bar closed early the evening we were there. They said they close early when nobody is there. The bar was full though. I chose this hotel for the bar option. Beds were small and uncomfortable as well.

My overall stay was good. However, my room wasn’t really that clean. Behind the desk was super dirty and the bathroom could’ve used some wall cleaning. My only other complaint is on day of check out they always come knock on the door way before check out. I have a DND sign on the door for a reason.

Hotel clean as always. Needed an extra mattress and got one. The customer service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily. Parking is plentiful. In a nice location close proximity to everything. Free cookies at check in is nice. Need cookies upon departure as well.

While the staff was extremely pleasant and the room immaculately cleaned, the hotel is showing its age and is due for some updates. Just to name a few, the bathtub and handles were showing signs of wear and tear as were the ceilings throughout the room. But overall it was a nice and clean hotel and we will return in the future.

My experience would have been perfect if my room would have come with queen beds(as requested) and a microwave and refrigerator (both I am accustomed to having in a hotel room.

If you have to stay in Lafayette, La. this is the place! Beautiful, easy access, safe and don’t forget the warm, chocolate, walnut cookie you receive upon arrival.

its a good property.. but it was built almost 40 years ago... so... some of it feels a little dated. The staff is GREAT. the cookies are GREAT.... just be prepared for tiny things not being perfect.

The staff were very welcoming and the warm cookie on arrival is always a nice touch. The room was clean and the area was quiet. This is my second stay while visiting family. I plan on coming back.
