The location is right in front of Taipei Main Station. From the hotel, you can take the elevator directly to B1, which connects directly to the MRT station. The rooms have a vintage look, but they are very clean. There's a bathtub and a bidet—essentially. There's a water dispenser, like most hotels in Taiwan. Next to the hotel is a bakery and a Family Mart. There are several restaurants in B1.

Clean hotel. Strategic location

We booked two rooms for our family of 5. They were quite spacious. One of the rooms, however, had some smell that we were not sure about (it could be cigarette smell, could be carpet smell), and was affecting our sleep. The other room was fine, even though both rooms were just next to each other. Other than that, the hotel has a great location and is generally clean.

This is the hotel I always stay at when I’m in Taipei. Comfortable room. Best hotel that is near Taipei main station with lots of food options there. Good train accessibility to any parts of Taiwan.

Strategic location, this hotel connects to MRT station & Taipei City Mall via basement. Across Caesar Hotel there is Taipei Main Station, and near the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi shopping mall. Old vibes but the room is good enough. There is a bathtub in the double bedroom 👍🏻

The room very small and arrangement of setting of the bed seems so wrong. Even when I walk out from the lift which is level 11, the carpet smell so smelly! The hotel need to some furnishings. Even though I ask for upgraded suite room, I can see cockroach! Very bad experience.

Superb experience, this is our last stopover hotel in Taipei, before returning to Jakarta, we stayed for 2 nights. Hotel room upgraded to Station Suite Room 😃. Very happy, the staff from the reservation and concierge are very nimble and very helpful. Good hotel to stay, clean, very strategic location, Surely a comeback to stay at this hotel.

Location is fantastic, near to taipei main station, museum, mall and everywhere. A lot of food around. Room is spacious, just the building looks bit older. Carpet outside the room is bit dirty But it is a comfortable rest.

Reservaton is not friendly. Request cannot be fulfilled.

I booked a superior room, double bed. But the receptionist deceived and gave me a very small room, about 18 meter square. The poor double bed, only 150cm wide. She said it was the hotel standard room size. After complained and complained, at last I can change to the really superior room. Very terrible experience for me. Location 4 stars, room 3 stars, bathroom 2 stars. cleanliness 2 stars.
