It’s a comfortable, family-friendly place that makes a good base for day trips to various parts of the island. Has many restaurants to choose from. The pool and beach are great. The staff is the best. They are very attentive, courteous, friendly, and helpful all the time. They work hard to keep things running and available to the guests

Nice place, one minor complaint . The property should not allow children & teenagers under 18 in the swim-up bar pool area.

The pool was enjoyable but we couldn't always get a chaise because of the crowd. Our window did not overlook the beach.

The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast.

Location, location, location!!!! Hotel was pretty clean, the staff were great! Anytime we needed help they were right there for us.

The hotel, restaurants, and bar was overpriced. Also, the property was not very well maintained. For example, the carpet in our room was not very clean. However, the staff was very helpful.

Beach, pools, restaurants, room, property, staff, all were wonderful. The $50.00 charge per day for restaurant charges was an unpleasant experience.

We were there for business and didn't have time to enjoy the amenities. But the food was great. We will return for vacations.

The property is beautiful, in a great location, and most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We booked an ocean-view suite and paid about $2,000 extra for the upgrade, which nearly doubled the cost of our stay. We chose the suite because we were traveling with a toddler and hoped to still enjoy some time as a couple in the evenings, including relaxing and watching TV before bed. While the room did face the ocean, its condition did not match the price or expectations. The carpet looked very old and dirty, with sections coming apart. There was visible rust in multiple areas, which may be somewhat understandable for a waterfront property, but the peeling, scratched, and deteriorating furniture made the room feel neglected. Under the bathroom sinks, the exposed plumbing was extremely dirty and very noticeable. The TVs were outdated and extremely restrictive. Although the system claimed apps could be installed and inputs could be changed, neither worked. We tried both TVs and even attempted to connect a laptop, but nothing was allowed, so the relaxing evenings we planned didn’t happen. This was our first family vacation, something we had saved for a long time, and the room simply wasn’t worth the upgrade. On a positive note, the food was delicious and the bartenders made great, strong drinks.

Not worth the price.
