Clean room and facilities. Staff were good, but I had to rely on other guests to find a luggage cart when I really needed it.

The room looked beautiful and was very clean but the bed was rock hard and the blankets, felt like paper and the pillows were not comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful however the steam room was out of order so I felt slightly disappointed that nothing was said to us before we arrived! As we were both really looking forward it. The breakfast was awesome!! And the hotel was close to where we were staying!

The staff were all incredible at the front desk. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel itself, while nice, needs some serious work. Since it was raining during our stay, there were multiple leaks from the ceiling in public areas like the restaurant and major hallways. The pool had seen much better days, and breakfast was very disappointing- stale, cold, and eating off paper plates with wooden utensils.

We stayed for two nights and were only offered a breakfast coupon for one. Breakfast on Saturday was scheduled till 10 am. We went at 9:40 and there was no hot food left. Everything had already been cleaned up. We had to ask them to bring out more hot stuff. When they did, it was clearly re-heated and not fresh. The room was okay and the pool was decent for the price. I probably won’t stay again.

We recently stayed here for a family trip with our two young children in a Business Suite. Overall, the rates were very reasonable, the room was clean, and there were some great amenities, but there were also a few issues that future guests should be aware of. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk and offered a good variety of options. However, the breakfast area appeared understaffed. Tables were often left uncleared, and all dishes and cutlery were disposable paper and plastic products. There was also no one present to check guests in at breakfast on several occasions. The Business Suite was spacious enough for our family, but it’s worth noting that while there is a kitchenette with a sink, there are no dishes, cups, utensils, or cutlery provided. If you plan to prepare meals or snacks, bring your own supplies. The hotel itself is showing its age. During our stay there was significant rain, and there were visible leaks in the ceiling, including water dripping onto tables in the breakfast area. Our room was clean but quite dark, with limited lighting throughout. It also became very warm, and although there was an air conditioning unit, it struggled to circulate cool air effectively throughout the suite. The pool area was enjoyable. The saltwater pool was a nice feature, but the hot tub was extremely hot and not suitable for children. Unfortunately, the steam room was closed during our visit. It is always a good trusty stay

Breakfast was great. The piped in music in the corridors was extremely loud. There was no sign pointing to the elevators.

The staff were the best part of my stay. You can tell the hotel is a bit older and a little run down, but overall very nice.

Room was clean,staff were excellent , Carpets in the hallways are poor quality curtains in the room were old and tattered.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was comfortable and we had a nice experience. The only downside was that the TV wasn't working, and although we reported it, no one came to check it. Other than that, everything else was okay and we enjoyed our stay.

TV didn't work in the room, kept shutting down / turning off. Notified front desk after 1st night, said it was fixed. Didn't get back till late the 2nd night so didn't use. 3rd night, still was shutting down. Someone came up to look at it ... kept shutting down for them, like they didn't believe me. They suggested I move rooms ...it was almost 10pm by this time ... no I'm not packing up to move at 10pm since I'm checking out the next day. Notified the front desk the next morning, their response / solution ... sorry. I stay here at least once a month and have never had issues.

Idk what the bad reviews are about. It was VERY nice for that price point (we paid just under a hundred i believe). There is breakfast, and a bar open in the evening, the pool was clean, however the hottub jets were really weak. Other than that it was a lovely stay and the two women at the front desk were very sweet
