Very nice hotel in the middle of Back Bay.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Loved the location, the amenities and the room. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a vintage and quaint hotel that was very comfortable for my stay during a conference across the street. The bathroom was tiny but everything I needed. You have to remember that this building was built decades ago. I would stay here again when visiting Copley Square Boston.

Smells. Slow elevator. Restaurants closed. No room service. Room tiny.

I have stayed many times here. It is my "go to" hotel. Great area, friendly staff and boutique like hotel rooms

Very nice hotel, only problem was the lack of outlets to charge devices.

The hotel is fine. Clean and convenient. Rooms are decent size. Furniture and carpet seem old. Could use some upgrading.

Older property but it gets the job done.

Nice cozy room in a quiet area of Boston

This was a super disappointing stay. Our room was on the first floor, right above a club that played music until 2 AM. There was peeling wallpaper, hair on the bathroom floor, and only one towel for 2 people. It looks like a really old, run down hotel got a very superficial renovation. Way overpriced. Also, someone knocked on our door this morning to remind us to check out in 45 minutes? Really, really strange experience.

Although the Copley Square Hotel is in an excellent location and the staff was pleasant, the hotel needs updating. The carpet is worn, and there's a musty smell throughout. If you have allergies, I recommend staying at a different property.

It’s a 7 minute walk from the free bus stop from the airport. It’s conveniently located to everything, staff was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.
