Great staff, nice water park for kids

The toilet didn’t work and the room smelled awful. They could not give us another room, so we went home after just one night.

Cool Place

The service was excellent considering it is Covid times with a lot of families in the property. Masks are required throughout the whole property except for your own room and when sitting down to dine. The bed in our room however was very uncomfortable and has sunken in. Had to sleep sideways and at an angle because of the gradient. Breakfast was excellent, again considering there were many people, and they managed it very well with good safety measures like masks and rubber gloves required. Our little son enjoyed the stay very much.

Staff too busy, but did their best. Poor coordination of dinner serving. Good food.

Our stay at the Quality Hotel Skjaergarden was not in our original plans. We were in the area in order to take the ferry from Norway to Denmark. However, due to our GPS sending us around in a huge circle, we got there just in time to see our ferry depart. The ferry personnel recommended Quality. What made it stand out for us were the people who work there. They go out of their way to insure that everything is right. Also, there is an air of genuine friendliness. The next day, our ship was cancelled due to high winds. So, we spent another night at Quality. By this point, they all felt like close, dear friends. I should also mention that it was a weekend and there were lots of families with small children because attached to the hotel is a pool/water park and the kids were having a ball!

on a beautiful fjord, has a free leisure centre attached. comfortable and quiet rooms. It is used for conferences

Spent the weekend there with kids to «Get away» a couple of days. We were welcomed to a pirate themed hotel and the kids were Loving it from the first minute till the end. Great food and great pools. We Are coming back!

We found the hotel to be well located, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

I was here for a very short stay, but everything went smoothly and I had the feeling that I would have liked to stay longer if time permitted.

Veldigt fint hotell, perfekt før barn familie! Det kunde ha vært litt reinare på buffen om kvelden :) de tingen man tok maten med var en del klissete.

Rommet var fint og ryddigt. Men ingen bord ble vasket og ryddet på utsiden etter gjester som hadde spist. Hagemøbler og generelt utbendig så var uteområdet skittent og i dårlig stand.

Grei størrelse på rommet for 2 voksne og 2 små barn, hadde egen reiseseng som det var god plass til. Opphold på 6 netter uten å få tømt søppel på rommet eller påfyll av rene håndklær trekker litt ned. Lite oppheng på badet til å tørke badetøy og håndklær (til at dette er et badehotell). Hyggelige personalet og godt utvalg til frokosten, men ryddepersonalet var litt for på til å rydde tallerkner når man satt å spiste. Det føltes som at de sto å fulgte med på hver bit du tok til siste så de kunne ta tallerkenen. Men vi hadde et fint opphold og hotellet ligger i nærområde til mye. Deilig at det vifte tilgjengelig på rommet på varme sommerkvelder/netter.

Veldig deilig med bassengområde ute og inne og mulighet til å sole seg ute ved bassenget.
