Great location for destination travelling. Again, a challenge with a car- local parking available but expensive. Clean and comfortable.

Great location. Short walking distance from the Porto Nuova train station, lots of great restaurants and shopping.

Near the museums and city attractions. Unfortunately a little bit far from children playgrounds.

Quiet elegance, large, well-appointed rooms, effective AC (a hot July), very helpful staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning), unbeatable location in the center only minutes on foot from Porta Nuova station and easy walking distance from the most interesting central neighborhoods. Extraordinary bargain for high season on top of that. The best!

Great location just couple of mins from Porta Nuova station. Great for walking directly into the pedestrian areas and tge piazzas. Beautifully clean rooms. Lovely staff. Only downside is noise, the wooden floors mean you hear every footstep and chair movement in room above. The windows are sound proofed but the doors are not so you hear every conversation in the hallway outside your door. We are in Italy. Everyone is loud... at every hour

No on site parking. Manager gave us a Hotel space for overnight. Very nice of him.

Excellent all round. The person who checked is in was really helpful, finding us a room even though we were hours early and our original room hadn't been prepared yet, then spending ages explaining where we should visit in the city. The only tiny problem was a bottle of water from the mini fridge had been incorrectly added to our bill but that was removed without question when we queried it.
