Nice clean centrally located. Very big, very clinical

This is hands down one of the best hotels I ever stayed at, and I've been staying at hotels in several cities around the world. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. Bathroom was excellent with a really nice shower. Staff very friendly and service minded. The breakfast had all you can ask for and everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The location is good, close to airport transfer and one of the tram lines. O'Connell Street is quite a busy street with restaurants and shopping. A five minute walk southwards from the hotel you'll reach river Liffey and a bridge that'll get you to the other part of the city where most of the museums and tourist attractions are located. If you walk O'Connell Street north of the hotel you'll experience a bit rougher part of the city, can't really recommend that since there's not much to see or do for tourists in that direction. Anyways, it's a brilliant hotel that I'll recommend to everyone who is thinking of going to Ireland. I'll 100% stay at this hotel again the next time I'm visiting Dublin.

Great location.

Very convenient location on O’Connell Street. Breakfast was busy but well managed, with a good variety. The concierge was so friendly and helpful, and luggage storage was easy. Only issue was the noise from housekeeping carts…very loud in the hallway and it started quite early. Other than that, it was a good night’s stay to recoup from our flight and start out on our travels to the west coast. Easy walk to the Busáras coach station from the Gresham!

Very lovely hotel, staff was courteous and helpful. Great location to be in walking distance to many sights in Dublin. Also easy access by air coach to and from the airport.

We were there for St. Patrick’s Day, and they had an amazing set up. We were able to stand on the front steps and have a perfect view of the parade! They had donuts and hot dogs inside the lobby for parade watchers, and they made everything very jovial. The breakfast was amazing — so much variety (healthy, too!) — and we felt very well cared for.

It was okay overall. We had a travel delay and missed our first day. Unfortunately, their cancellation and refund policies are very strict, and we still had to pay for a night we did not use. The staff, however, was very friendly. The room was just okay—pretty average. The location is fantastic, though. It’s within walking distance of just about everything you would want to see.
