Beautiful place

The staff were so friendly, the rooftop bar and jacuzzi areas were fabulous. The bedrooms are a little dated but still very comfortable and clean.

Great range and quality of breakfast items, excellent service from every member of hotel staff we interacted with. We had an issue with our room (middle of night noise from next door returning as walls are paper thin) and were moved straight away without any issues. Location is fantastic and lounge bar is a lovely way to round off a day’s sightseeing- overall would highly recommend this, but if you are a light sleeper be sure to bring some earplugs.

Excellent Hotel, great breakfast and location is superb

Though I had no view (a small, single room), the room was fine, and staff helpful and the breakfast superb. I've stayed here a number of times and always satisfied and plan to stay again, whenever I'm in Athens.

American breakfast, clean room. thin walls, neighbours enjoyed their time at hotel:) not a real balcony. no shelf space for bathroom. hours for breakfast don't allow for tours or early morning flights.

Great hotel! There was an awesome bistro next door and the bar restaurant downstairs was great. Would definitely recommend!

Super friendly staff, excellent restaurant in the lobby (hubbie couldn’t rave more about the pork cheek dinner), great shower, very comfortable and huge king bed (even by US standards), and the best view of the Parthenon you could ask for - very special!! There are 2 very large outdoor hot tubs as well as an outdoor lounge area, both with the Parthenon view, for all guests to enjoy.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Herodion Hotel. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, and several other popular neighborhoods. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. We chose to stay in the guesthouse, which is just a two-minute walk from the main hotel. While the guesthouse was lovely, we would likely opt for the main hotel next time. The décor was beautiful and the space was larger than a standard room, but some of the layout felt a bit awkward, such as the small upstairs loft and having the shower separate from the bathroom. The kitchenette was well stocked, though we didn’t end up using it, and the hotel generously provided fresh fruit, wine, and pastries. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!
