We stay for only one night , as a stopover. The room has all the amenities we need. Wi-fi , flat screen television , coffee machine , bar fridge , microwave , etc. As we stay only the one night , we feel safe in not unpacking our car , due to the courtyard parking. The staff arrange late arrival , and are extremely helpful and friendly.

Me and family were heading to Niagara falls last week but decided to stay the night in Northbay. Rooms were amazing staff was incredible! We liked it so much on our way back from Niagara falls we stayed there again!

We just got back to Niagara from a 4 night stay. I honestly don't understand the critics here. We had a very clean bedroom and bath, the bed and the pillows were so comfortable. We had a fridge a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker with free coffee etc. It was so quiet and we slept so well. Staff were more than helpful. Thank you for an awesome stay! 💖

Do not stay at this hotel. I have no idea how this place has 4/5, they must be buying positive reviews. Our room had multiple dead bugs squashed on the walls and window sill, stains and cigarette burns on the bedsheets. Entire room reeked of cigarettes. Holes in the closet door, vinyl floor peeling up in the bathroom. I have stayed at hotels all over North America and this place is probably the worst I've ever stayed at. Spend the extra money and stay at a decent place!

Good economic place to stay. Pillows can be better, Hair Dryer didnt work. Otherwise a great stop.
