Disappointed. Have stayed here in the past and the rooms are now tired and run down . Location is great but the hotel is in need of improvement. Won’t stay here again .

People working there were nice and accommodating, but I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay for parking.

I have used NH hotels in many cities, ie: in Merida city, Mexico, Spain, Germany, and as always, my stay in the NH Hotel in Torino was fantastic. Great food and wonderful staff, and great location.

Very accessible to downtown shops and restaurants. Helpful staff.

The front desk staff was very accomodating with my request for a room on the lower floors

The hotel ws fantastic. It is new and clean. We stayed with 2 kids and the room was very big and the shower was fantastic (super clean and spacious). The location is not central, it is a long walk to the centre so we took taxi. But the area felt safe and nice.

Well kept property, clean, and with great staff. Walking distance to train station (Porta Susa), right in front on tram stop and metro station. Would stay here again.

Very large room, basically an accessible room, which was good in many ways. View was nothing to write home about, over an internal courtyard, but plenty of light and nice to hear the church bells in the morning. Well located for tram and metro as well as buses. Room servicing was hit and miss - this seems to be an issue for NH hotels these days. Would like tea and coffee replaced daily, not just ad hoc. But this was a small issue compared with our stay in Milano. Otherwise, no issues and a good all round stay.

The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region.

Very convenient to walk to/from bus and train stations. No complaints EXCEPT drinks at the bar are obscenely priced. Drink elsewhere.

This is a nice hotel but I think if I were going back to Turin, I'd stay a closer to the main part of town. The rooms are ok in that there were clean but a little too dark and could be a tad bigger. Again, not a bad place to stay. We just had to take cabs and ubers to go to places.

This was the first time we visit Turin, it was the great choice we stayed here for 3 days, we got the early checkin, very nice and professional staffs, good breakfast buffet, room was spacious and comfortable

Friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is a half a block away from the metro and a short walk to the Porto Susa train station. Really no need to rent a car!

Old building on main street and not in the city center. I don't understand the name NH Centro, while it's still 25 minutes to walk to the city center - room was very small.

Central old city zone, great location, friendly staff, parking a bit distant to drive, but within short walking distance, yet you get permission to drive and park right in front to unpack.

Nice hotel and service 20 min by walk from the historic center

A modern, hospitable, well located hotel with good public spaces and easy access to public transportation. We recommend it.

Highly recommend this hotel, the team is attentive, the food is good and the amenities are terrific.
