1. I am Disabled and they made NO Provisions what so ever and even put me on the second floor. 2. I injured myself Checking Out. 3.. Half the time there is no water. 4. A lot of litter, not enough garbage cans 5. Incredible RUDE Staff, especially Housekeeping 5. Way below average Communication between Staff members. The room was okay.

You had to leave the cabinet door open to use the tv

It was terrible. When I saw the room I wanted to run out of there. First I looked at the room it looked dusty the sheets of the bed have yellow stains, the pillows were very dirty, the air looked like they hadn't cleaned it in years. I wanted to leave, but I was afraid they wouldn't give me my money back. It was also too late and many more things I saw that i didn’t like i felt that they don't care about the hospitality of the customers.sorry that was my experience.

Ocala hotels are so expensive that $170 buys you A tired old property with just enough interior room renovations to make it not completely cringe-worthy to lay your body on the bed. Absolutely no amenities, I mean no Kleenex in the bathroom and no mirror in room. Took several tries to adjust the shower water temperature. And so on.

Our stay overall was acceptable. The front staff was friendly and courteous. The price was affordable. The room was large enough for two to 4 people with a balcony and a small kitchenette was nice. Though the cleanliness of the room was not up to standards. The bathroom was just a quick wipe down. There was dirt and hairs all over. Housekeeping came up to re-clean it but again it was just with a spray bottle. I would suggest that hotels/motels all change their shower heads to hand held shower heads to make it easier for the housekeeping staff to clean the showers properly. There is only so much you can do with the tools you are given. It would be much more cost effective to change out shower heads then to have customers leave a subpar review. The smoke detector was also missing from the room which is a violation of the county fire codes. The grounds were nice and if it had been summertime I am sure that the beautiful pool would get some use. I would give the establishment a 5 out of 10. Front desk service was poor, terrible customer service. I was assigned 2 different rooms as the first was terrible and the second was even worse!

If you are on a budget and need a place to stay, this is a good option. If you are looking for even a marginally upgraded experience, this is not the place for youThis seems to be the kind of place where most people staying here actually live here. The only part of the room that seemed clean was the bed, which thankfully at least it did seem clean. Staff was reasonably friendly. Lots of parking in a well lit lot. The kitchenette was not stocked with anything other than dish towels and some dish soap.

Staff was amazing n can’t wait to know I have a decent place to stay when in town

The rooms are bad hallways are bad the out side would a cleaner place to stay then the inside the bugs and dirt is that bad don’t stay

This hetoel and its amazing staff were simply amazing. My husbsnd and i are here til we get into our apartment. They've made our situation comforting and theyve gone above and beyond. STAY HERE YOU WONT REGRET A THING. thank you from the manager all the way to maintenance we are grateful and love each of you. I honestly have no words. Youve made me feel truly better regarding our situation. Photos of our view and patio. Love it.

The hotel room was spotless and the location was perfect! Everything we needed was minute's away.

The key cards didn't work right had to get a new one everyday stuff came up missing out of our room
