Food is usually pretty good here. Rooms (suites) could do with a reno, there was a piece of melted chocolate on the carpet when i went in and the ring around the bathroom sink was gross. Hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. Room was quiet though and comfy bed. I've been staying at this hotel when in Saskatoon for around 20 years and not much has changed just the staff. I like the place though its pretty inside.

Not sure if there has recently been new management or owners, but within the past 12 months I have noticed the hotel significantly turn for the worst. The cleanliness has gone downhill, from missed corners, stained sheets, disgusting carpet, broken doors, OLD OLD OLD TV’S with very uninteresting channels, and poorly lit rooms that need better lighting. The walls need painting. Parking lot needs fixing with the potholes, garbage, and needs a street sweeper. It really is a budget ghetto hotel for an absurd cost. Do better Saskatoon Inn

The room was nice, king sized bed in a big room, annd it was clean. The hallways though, from the elevator to my room at the end of the hall, had not been vacuumed for many days. I arrived Thursday at 5pm, and left Monday at 10 am, and the hallway had the same debris present the whole time. If you go to the restaurant, order from the menu as the food is much better. The breakfast buffet was not good at all.

Room was clean and staff was very courteous. Lovely restaurant and bar area. Will stay again.

Very upset. Expedia charges me $185. For room for night. Exact Sam’s room. Exact same night. My co worker is charged $119. Both booked at the same time. I will no longer be booking this hotel on Expedia. My boss has now revoked me from any further Expedia bookings at this time because of this

There was no where we could visit with guests in the afternoon with our teenage son because the restaurant was closed and the bar tender wouldn’t let us order anything to even the lobby area.

Bed seemed old and worn out, tv was small for the room and the tv remote buttons were worn out and some didn't even work. The shower only got to room temp, could even have a hot shower. Would not go there again

We have stayed at the Saskatoon Inn numerous times, the one elevator has been down down for awhile so there were two elevators working when we checked in. The Inn was booked so on Sunday which was checkout day, there was only one elevator working, everyone was rushing. Myself and my husband are Elders. We had alot of luggage, shopping, etc so we had to use a cart to haul down everything. We waited and waited for the elevator, each time it stopped it was full so we decided to do down the stairs. We had to unload this cart, take everything down the stairs, I went for another cart and transported everything to this other cart. It was an inconvenience not only for us but for everyone staying at the Inn. It was chaos. We were not very impressed with this.

We have stayed here for many years. Our room was very clean but we have noticed lately that hallways and elevators need some more cleaning.

The entrance of the hotel was nice, as was the lounge area. The room was clean, however the bathroom was horrific. One half of our shower door was missing, and I dont mean it was that type of shower… it legit had a hole in the surround that was clearly where a door used to be attached. The ceiling tiles were all clearly damaged with water and one was even being held up by a shampoo bottle. The tap in the shower went from freezing cold to scalding hot and was near impossible to find a suitable temperature. If we would have been staying more than one night, I would have asked for a different room. The location of the hotel felt safe and they had plenty of parking. We ate at the lounge and the food was decent. Breakfast buffet was lacking but did the job.

Would have been 5/5 but my room was still dirty when I entered with a weird red stain by the bed

The place was a great inn, it was beautiful, loved it. On the bad side when I called down to get cutlery extra for my meal In my room they told me no too busy come get it urself, The elevators broke down and made it very difficult to get up and down. Last the grout in our shower should have been cut out and replaced long b4 they as bad as they are.

The hotel room itself was lovely: spacious - we had a Superior King - and clean. The rest of the experience was mildly annoying. We changed our travel plans so I had called the hotel to let them know we’d be arriving a day later than our booked check-in date. When we arrived, there was no message on our file that I’d called so she couldn’t find our reservation at first. Out of the 3 elevators, one was out of order when we arrived and 2 were out of order on the Sunday so it made checking out/leaving with our gear much more annoying. The breakfast in the Garden Cafe was very ordinary with slow inattentive wait staff.
