The atrium tropical pool setting, complete with plants & wildlife statues lived up to all my expectations for a getaway substitute in poor camping weather. The conference centre events were an unexpected bonus to my weekend.

The hotel was good clean ! Elevators fast 3 to use never waited on an elevator ! Will stay again ! Parking lot big lots of room ! But will never use Expedia again to book anything as if you don’t check and there website changes the date from what you enter and don’t take there cancellation insurance they will steal your money even if you call and tell them what happened! They can see that you made another reservation for the correct day so it would make sense if you were a class company you would change the booking and not steal my money ! Last time user of Expedia !

A nice hotel with easy access to the airport.

The hotel was in good condition however the pool was closed the entire time and seemed to be closed long term. They also didn’t have laundry services even though it was advertised on their website.

I hated it. Outdated rooms, housekeepers not respecting the not disturb sign, dirty elevators, dirty carpet. It felt like a horror movie motel in the 70’s. Never again!

Breakfast was great !!

We stayed here for 3 nights, on the last evening we went swimming in the hotel pool. My husband sliced his foot open in the pool, as a light fixture was not properly maintained. I called the front desk for a first aid kit, waited about 3-5 minutes as my husband's foot was actively bleeding out. Called them again and told them to hurry. Finally the manager and a maintenance man came over, still no first aid kit, just a few packages of gauze patches. I had to go to the pharmacy for a first aid kit and supplies. They closed the pool for the remainder of the evening, but opened it again the next morning. The stay resulted in the last night being refunded, but is that enough compensation for my husband's foot getting sliced open?

The team was very helpful and accommodating. I had to make updates to my stay after the initial booking date, and everything was taken care of quickly and with attention to detail. Excellent value for the price.

I have stayed previously without any problems.
