Hotel units seem to be completely wormed out inside. Lots of stains on floor and benches. I stayed in a cabaña. Overly priced and just felt dated. Tons of potential though.

There was no ice the ice machine it’s been broken for months cause I’ve stayed there a few months ago in November I called the front desk to get ice. They never brought it to my room. other than that, I really like the hotel. It is a little bit expensive. Food is expensive $28 for a club sandwich equivalent of $500 pesos. I don’t like the fact that there’s not a coffee machine in the room. They want you to order room service and it’s very expensive.

No hot tub and the bar was boring

The room was in good conditions except for the fact that the balcony door did not work. The door to the balcony can be accessed from any room with a balcony and therefore i did not feel comfortable and asked to be moved to a different room which was not in such a great condition… at least not for the price.
