Service was not good at all

We got very late Saturday night and our room was leaking from the roof.

Not bad outdoor, inside not clean carpet smells and shower door and wall very dirty

We stayed at the tower rooms and these are old and used, it wasnt as clean as you expect for this hotel line

It’s a nice hotel but to be honest the place needs updating, in room no refridgerator, no coffee maker come on Hotel Lucerna do better

Check in was pleasant with no issues. Room was nice and clean. Air conditioning was on point. We stay here whenever in Mexicali, one of the best hotels.

By far this the best hotel in Mexicali, the only thing that allows me to compare this hotel occurs when I cannot find vacancy here and I end up at different hotels within the same price range, the service and quality is very evident when making the comparison to the Lucerna. This Hotel has been my first choice for years, I thy to plan ahead so I can always find accommodations there.

Great location, good communication with the host

When I arrived, there was only 1 person registering guests as they come into the hotel. Due to this, it took close to 25 minutes for someone to register me and provide my room key. Then, the room had several issues. First, the A/C unit was very loud. Also, the shower was very outdated and shower head was missing parts to direct the water, therefore water was spraying in every direction. The overall room needs to be remodeled due to excessive wear and tear. Lastly, several of the lights in the hallway leading to my room were not working and therefore it was very dark walking to my room.
