Friendly staff and great location

Room was very dark, to the point I requested an additional light to be put in. Also the shower didn't work, and there was very little hot water (less than 3 mins worth) and although they offered to let me switch rooms, the rooms I could switch to were much smaller and the same price, which didn't seem right. In the end they gave me a discount, which I appreciate - but both these issues led to a very lower score than I'd give otherwise. Beyond that, the room I booked was large (by Paris standards) and well appointed, and right by the metro for convenience. Not a lot going on the neighborhood though, and a bit of a walk to most places. So overall a mixed bag, but generally good value for the price -- shower and darkness notwithstanding. One other thing: lots of spare blankets, so I liked that I didn't have to ask, as I'm cold usually. Towels were also in good supply. Bed was comfy, but pillows were terrible. I'd suggest (if anyone reads these) to get softer pillows, as the ones they had gave me neck/ back pain.

Clean room , nice staff

Chambre propre, lit fait tous les jours, grand lit, relativement spacieux pour Paris, très bien placé, à côté du Metro et de la rue commercante Daguere avec plusieurs retaurant dans le quartier. Personnel très gentil et efficace, petit dejeuner très bon, machine a café expresso, rue tranquile, douche à l'italienne et pour une fois facile d'utilisation à la bonne temperature!

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the metro, lovely and sparkly clean room and also really nice breakfast. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Location was good, clean room, nice staff

I stayed three nights and the first night they put me in room 002 which is located right by the front desk and very dark. Make sure to ask for a room on the above floors with view on the street.

The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. I chose this hotel because it was close to a meeting point for a tour so the location was great. Very walkable to many things. The room was clean and just what I needed. Bathroom was great with very large nice towels. Highly recommend this hidden gem

When I booked, I requested a quiet room and when I checked in they said they gave me one. However the room opened onto the lobby and anyone talking in the lobby or the hotel desk phone ringing gave noise heard in my room. They said no other room was available. Other than the noise, the room was good.

The floor we were assigned had an awful smell. Luckiliy we were able to change it but not until the next night as we were told all the rooms were taken. We had to open the windows wide and stop the fan because it was seeping through the vent. Although we got a different floor, it was a smaller room and we had to share a double bed instead of two twins which were what we booked. I would have given it a 5 star otherwise.

Bon hôtel bien situé. Très propre à notre arrivée. Le personnel nous a permis de laisser nos bagages plus tôt, ce qui nous a permis d'éviter de les trainer partout. Très satisfait, j'y retournerai sûrement

Quiet neighborhood street near the Denfert-Rochereau station, which is convenient for getting to/from airport and also catching the metro. It will be a metro ride or Lime bike ride of about 20-30 min to get to the Left Bank/Notre Dame area. Wish they had take-away coffee cups!

Hello my name is Sadik I was stay 3 days this hotel that’s was very good service staff very friendly and very high security but I don’t understand everything I am all really pay in my booking but when I was go hotel they are gonna charge me 33€ than 100€ for dipoest why?? but I was feel so bad very embarrassing but 100€ diposte I didn’t yet refund my money in my account thank you so much

The hotel was perfect and very close to subway and RER so it was easy for us to get to CDG airport. We loved the street near by with all the restaurants, food stores and shops. The room was very comfortable and my only complaint would be the pillows could use an upgrade as they are super stiff.

The hotel was very nice. The people at the desk were very pleasant and helped us with directions and getting transportation. The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. It was very hot when we were there so we made good use of that. Checkout was seamless. We certainly would consider staying there again should we return to Paris.

Top quality hotel in a great location. The area was very quiet. Service was excellent. Cleanliness was impeccable.

I’m not sure how this hotel has 3 stars. 2 would be extremely generous. The rooms are in poor condition and very outdated. My room has a leaking AC unit and the bathroom shower flooded half of the room from normal use.
