Room was fine however very warm, and found out that there is no Air Con. A hotel in Spain with no Aircon!!! I turned it on initially to cool the room and it heated it to 26 Deg Centigrade. No free water available in the room and expect to be charged €3.5 for a bottle to use for washing your teeth. Bar was miserable and dull but drinks were fine and bar staff were pleasant Breakfast buffed was fine but to many queue's for the coffee machines. Liked the fresh orange juicer which was a nice touch Hotel was fine but I don’t think I would probably use it again if in town

We had a nice stay. The room was nice and comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful. Good location and parking on site.

Everything went well. The Superior double room with two single beds (as requested on arrival) was clean, tidy, of good size, with a well functioning internal temperature changing facility. It was also adequately equipped with a well laid out ensuite shower/wc / wash basin. Daily room cleaning was well carried out

Quick professional check in, spotlessly clean room, quality bed and bedding, bathroom shower perfect.

Rooms were spotless . Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the car parking was €24 for 1 night , which I think is expensive as other hotels in the city dont charge as much as that.

A short overnight stay for a concert, lovely helpful staff on arrival, very clean room, fluffy towels, nice quite room & very central.

We stayed for one night. The check in was friendly and efficient. The room was a good size and very clean. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the historical centre and the bus station. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in the centre of Mercia. All good apart from too expensive to park(23E/night) and too expensive for a do to stay(20E/night). Apart from this very good location and helpful staff.

This was our 3rd time staying here and there’s likely been a change of management since June 2022. Generally still great - clean, blackout curtains, comfy bed, friendly staff. We had one minor issue with our door not being able to lock properly. Reception was informed twice, once we even spoke with the on-site caretaker but they ended up not fixing the door and we had to find a way to make sure it was securely locked. There were multiple parties happening at the time of our stay so they may have been particularly busy. The best thing is how close the hotel is from the large department store.

This is the thied time we have stayed at the hotel.it is comfortable .clean .staff are friendly and efficent.

The hotel location was convenient and within walking distance with respect to restaurants and points of interest in Murcia. Breakfast provided a good selection of food and pastries, however, restaurant choices were not optimal. Hotel was located next to a shopping mall that had a great grocery store in it. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
