Parking is convenient. Staffs in the front desk very helpful.

Parking was easy, the room had everything we needed, and we liked the breakfast. The bedsheets and toilet were clean but the floor, not so much.

Liked location. However, ceiling was paper thin so several times during evening and night heard beds slamming/rocking and people moaning.

Hi, It could be the best if they do a little maintenance like there was no towel stand in the washroom(was broken) No hair dryer and coffee maker, there was just one bulb in washroom the rest of two were not working. The breakfast was little better or we can say was acceptable.

This was a low budget, clean but a bit worn motel. It includes a decent breakfast and it fits the bill for a cheap, safe place to rest your head.

The room was good and comfortable but the shower was a little dirty.

The mattress of the bed was too hard, it made difficult for us to sleep

Worst experience of my life , never ever park the car , not secure and safe , from the parking lot my car get stolen , even I park the car front where the reception at night time sit and proper vision thorough the mirror , still my car get stolen from parking . Staff was sleeping . Stay in good hotel where the parking is safe and secure . Looks like staying at hotel Niagara Falls not safe now . Police need to do more awareness because this the place where people comes to visit from different countries. Feel very sad .

Overall, the hotel is good comparing to prices and location. The breakfast was good.

Daily breakfast was ok. Room 127 (Suite) was terrible. Bedspreads had cigarette burns. Room smelled of Urine. Entry door had huge gap allowing cold air to enter. Black mold in bathroom. Front exterior had sparrow poop on windowsills due to nesting in roof area. Sink in bathroom faucet dripped. Microwave missing glass turntable. Stovetop severely stained.. Table in main bedroom area had floppy legs. Parking was fine. No handrail in bathtub. Dark red room rug was filthy and had marks in several spots. Gum? Linen service was terrible. Only 1 facecloth, no hand towels. Room was not noisy and property seemed quiet.

It was absolutely disgusting.. we walked into our room with it being very clear that no cleaning had been done. There was hair on the shower walls, dirt on the floor, dirty bedding, somwthing goopy on the shower ledges, splatter marks from who knows what on almost every wall and even a pimple patch stuck to the wall. Piles of hair under the bathroom sink hidden behind the garbage can. Visible dried spills on the table tops, microwave was repulsive, jewelry from previous people.. the manager argued with me over all of it even with me showing proof with photos i had taken right after we walked in. He wouldn't do anything but give us another gross room or we could leave yet we live 2 hours away and it was near 10pm and we were with our two young children. The listing photos are not accurate and look like they were made with AI after seeing it in person. There was also a bed in the lobby with someone sleeping in it when we were trying to leave.. The manager would only argue with me, never an apology or anything at all to make up for any of this.

Hotel was great for what we needed. Parking was free. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Rooms were good. A little dated could use an updated paint job but clean and bright. Great room for the price.

The rooms are dirty. The toilet kept running. The bed is extremely uncomfortable with springs pressing in your body also mattress warped in the middle. It's very run down.

Parking ok. Mini fridge didn't have freezer door. Elevator door kept opening and closing every 45 seconds all night. No phone it room to call front desk. Access door to lobby locked and not unlocked on time. No ID requested at check in or validation of reservation #. Breakfast not available on time. Air condition barely worked and was very noisy, but at least it blocked out noise of elevator.

Our first room wasn’t the best there were quite a few things wrong with the room and because of some of the issues we went to the front desk and asked to be moved into another room which they did without any issues. The second room was way better than the first one. Plus you get a breakfast included with your stay.

Cockroaches other bugs stained carpet shower area ceiling was leaking heavy when the people on the top floor took showers or used washrooms. Coffee machine dirty no cups. Towels was poor leaving lints. Poor wifi. It was soo bad that I checked out very next day and didn’t manage to complete my booking period
