Had no problems at all

Actual room and dining area were no where close to the pictures in Expedia. One of the bed in Suite#111 did not even have a fitted bed sheet. Bed mattress was dirty and hard. Window curtain was not adequate to block the entire window in the kitchenette. Light coming in from the window. Pipes in the kitchenette were gurgling periodically all night. Weird smell in the room at night, which seemed to be mostly due to HVAC filters needing replacement. Room bathroom was old - missing tile on wall siding, door had to be pushed hard to close and lock. Unpleasant experience overall. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worth for what you pay. Free breakfast is cherry on top!

Nice place, great location

Rooms were OK. Stayed in #344 and #345. We rented two rooms and they were mediocre. Items were missing from 1 room...microwave, towels and soap. Toilet paper missing from the other room. All beds in both rooms had dirty sheets and crumbs under the flat sheet. Floors and bathrooms could have been cleaned better. Wallpaper in both rooms held up by staples. AC in one room was a household AC unit taped into a hole in the wall. The pool was dirty and rusted. No towels. Breakfast was very good. Our 2nd day people did have to wait awhile when they ran out of food. Parking was great and staff were polite.

It was okay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was fine. The room was not what we expected, is was too simple, the living room was converted into a bedroom by placing 2 queen size beds and a twin bed in it. No privacy at all. Then there was 1 single bedroom with 2 more beds that was okay, barely a closet space. The beds were VERY HARD LIKE ROCKS!!! I guess it was okay because we went by to visit and walk around and not to simply stay in the room but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays or for someone looking for comfortability.

It was cheap and as described. Lots of parking and was walkable to restaurants. A little spot maintenance and a paint job would do so much for the rooms. The lobby looks so nice and then you walk into a room that’s quite dated. But like I said it’s as advertised, breakfast was good.

I have stated here several times on business. The hotel is always very clean. The front staff are all helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend

The airconditioners don't work and thermostats are locked. The room gets so hot when it is a hot day. Complained about the ac not working and they sent someone to our room who had no clue what's wrong with the ac and kept arguing that it is not hot. Then they half heartedly changed the room and the ac in that room didn't work either. The ac unit are at least 30years old or older. The rooms are noisy and you hear all the traffic noise in your room. Book it if your only concern is budget and you're a deep sleeper.

The customer service here is better now than it ever was. I for one am excited and happy about that. A big thank you to the Manager for attending to my needs over the weekend, amazing thing was he could have asked one of his staff to do it but he attended to me himself, can't complain about that, it keeps getting better.

I have stayed at this hotel atleast 9 times. I have never been given an upgrade even when they gave me the wrong room last visit.
