There was no pool property was under construction you had to walk through a gravely and rocky parking lot next door to get to the front of the property. They should of taken some money off the price for that

Overall wonderful experience, will be back asap. Only complaint, the renovations that are still ongoing, but by the sounds of it, it will really spruce up the hotel.

Read alot of negative reviews made me scared. But I got there ans nothing besides the construction was going on. And it wasn't bad never heard loud sounds or anything. It was very clean even with work. So no pool but you're right by ocean so that shouldn't matter. Seen comments of rude staff I had no issues I talked to almost everyone there. And when my flight got changed on last dat to a very late flight they let me store my luggage to just waste time till I had to go to airport and this was after check out. Definitely will stay here again construction or not. So close to everything within walking distance. Unless you wanna go to Miami that's an Uber ride away!

Although the property is still under construction the lobby area and rooms are complete. Rooms were redone recently and are very nice. Pool and other amenities are still closed but there was chairs and towels available for free for guests on the beach in front of the hotel. Overall would recommend staying here even with the construction there is plenty to do!

Gorgeous Corner room with wonderful view of Ocean!

The property was under construction so no pool or restaurant which I wish I knew before booking…

We chose this location for our spring break bc of the pool. We arrived and were told the pool was closed for construction. We also had some confusion with the staff not bothering to check us in properly so that we had housekeeping attempting to barge in on us in our room twice during our stay. When we brought this up with staff, they were rude to us. There was also a construction crew literally hanging off of the building just outside our window so we couldn’t keep the blinds open.

Never notified the hotel was under construction and there was no pool

Nightmare. $55 for valet. No food service. No gym. No pool. High price for no services. Had to change rooms because no air conditioning

under a large scale renovation. I was notified of the renovation by the Marriott via email the afternoon before leaving. No chance to find another hotel. Expedia did not share anything regarding the condition of the hotel. no pool, no outdoor area, main entrance closed, construction activities everywhere.

They turned off the water with no warning for several hours. I went there to celebrate my birthday & they had construction everywhere. They knew they had construction & didn’t advise payment guests prior to booking. That’s honestly the worse experience. The staff told me I can get compensation at checkout if I were to call customer service & the only that was done was a “sorry for your bad experience “ bs. I will never book again.
