Great location, hotel and staff were excellent, restaurants on site were superb, Cayman Coffee Exchange is the best for breakfast.

This is our second visit to Grand Cayman and stay at the Westin. The hotel is lovely. Love the pool and direct beach access. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel is next door to the Governor’s estate and the area is clean and safe. Won’t hesitate to return!

While the stay was enjoyable, it was not a good value as the prices far exceeded reasonableness.

It was perfectly fine but a little generic.

Really wonderful first visit. The location on beautiful Seven Mile Beach is perfect. The beach ambassadors were always available to help with finding lounges. The room was very comfortable, especially the heavenly bed. The food was really good. We had dinner at the Beach House and thought both the food and service were great. Would love to return soon.

Some members of the staff were not customer friendly and noticed how managers treated certain guest compared to others. This wasn't a Westin experience I was accostumed too. We never received our postcard after 3 months, and when we inquired no followed up. As expected, the lack of customer service and communication skills were subpar. Will not visit again.

Nothing but praise for The Westin resort! Beautiful resort with the most kind, friendly, efficient staff! Can’t wait to return.

This was a very disappointing stay. The first night we got into bed and the sheets were dirty. There was sand in the bed. The pool area was not clean, they rarely picked up trash or finished food items. There were things left from the day before. You had to pay a $75 resort fee, but what they fail to tell you is that they allow other resorts use their facilities so you can’t get chairs. They also say you can’t reserve chairs or they will remove your towels if you are not back to your chairs. That never happened and we struggled to get chairs. The outside bar staff was not friendly, they were rude. Also, we were lucky if they cleaned our room before 4. We were out of the room every day by 8 and requested they clean it in the morning. We did not feel welcome at this resort. Klint the bellman was kind and helpful as well as the coffee shop staff. We paid a lot of money, we will never return.

It was our first trip to Grand Cayman. On recommendation of friends, we booked the Westin. Besides the great beach and sunsets, the Westin has one of the friendliest staffs that I’ve ever experienced. From housekeeping to beach staff, every interaction started with a smile.

This was a nice property but not one of the best I've been to. The room was clean, I was just disappointed that my view of the road and it was a door that did not open. It was my birthday, I was at a minimum hoping for a balcony. The entertainment was subpar, the singer was not good. No major events during the week. It made for a lackluster stay.

The pool and beach are were beautiful. Hotel was well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 6 days mid January and this is the best beach resort I’ve been to…clean, perfect beach and pool area, very friendly and attentive staff
