Staff were great at check in, the room had amazing views of the harbour (10th floor) and tons of space in the King View Suite. Room was clean and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Very clean comfortable and spacious room. Nice view, we were on the 9th floor. Very pet friendly. Only room for improvement would be smart tvs or the ability to stream from phone apps onto the tv. Would stay again. Convenient for hullo ferry.

Our stay was seemless. Easy check in, parking nearby, room clean and quiet even while being near the elevator. Breakfast was tasty and the server was very pleasant. Love the location. Close to the Port Theatre and good restaurants. A lovely waterfront walk the next morning. A repeat visit would be anticipated!
