We arrived at the hotel after booking based on the amenities list and provided photos. Apparently, after discussing this with staff over the four day trip, this is not a reliable way to find a hotel. The rooms are dated, and exceptionally different from the provided photos. You will not stay in a room like the pictures. There is no AC, no bath robes, the lift doesn’t work, the variety of room blocks have different ways in and out, some without locks on the main entrances, and unless you want to make up for it with as many free bottles of water as you can, there’s no hope for any discerning traveller. Staff clearly understood what we were frustrated by, and offered almost nothing to fix the issue. A new room with the same issues and same mis-sold advertising doesn’t work here. We complained via app on the first night, which wasn’t seen. We then complained at the desk the following morning, and were told on numerous occasions that the manager would be available later. It turned out, the manager only arrived as we were running late for our journey home (having waited 20+ mins at the reception for them). It’s in a good location - Marais-adjacent. It’s a short walk to the metro, but then again, anywhere is in a city like Paris. I’d only recommend this hotel to someone looking for adventure, as there is no way to know what kind of scenario or room awaits your arrival.

Rooms need updating. Our first room was old with. Dirty carpet. Staff updated us in to a cleaner room but window looked at the air conditioner. That was disappointing . Also lobby is being renovated … had no idea. Property is nice but expected better

Very good location - many local cafes and eateries. Good breakfast at hotel for €20 per person good value . Room clean with everything you need .

This is my 3rd time at the hotel. Great location and my room was very nice. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are always lovely and quiet, the ones overlooking the road are very noisy and it is worth bringing earplugs if you are road-facing. Unfortunately we visited during a cold snap after the heating had been turned off for the summer so it was cold in the rooms. It’s due to be 27C the week after we came so it’s hard for the hotel to predict that it would be 8C when we arrived but it did make the stay a bit less comfortable than usual. It’s a great location though and I will definitely stay here again because the other times have been faultless

This was a comfortable base for my exploration of the Marais district. Near several metro stations and walkable to everything of interest in the neighborhood. My room was spacious by Paris standards. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. There is a lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink in after dinner. All in all a good stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. Larger than most European rooms. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was undergoing a remodeling of the reception area, but it did not interfere too much. Highly recommend.

This place was so lovely. The garden is cute, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is really good. The location is great for metro access and lots of food options nearby.

Great location

Room was huge hotel is nice super comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. Shower is horrible. Did not love that breakfast or coffee is outside through a courtyard and down stairs- super inconvenient in rain, same for the “lobby” in a totally different building. We hated the area, have to been to paris several times and wanted to try a new area and regretted it the entire trip.Graffiti, homeless people trash on the streets and far from everything. 45 minute uber to 6th, eiffel tower. Hotel is great, area is terrible and because of the area we would not stay there again.

Friendly staff, wonderful room and great breakfast. Close to the Saint Sebastian Froissart metro station which we used a lot. We enjoyed the location which was off from the touristy areas.

No pool or hot tub/jacuzzi. Breakfast is a fee. The outdoor seating area with the bar were lovely. Room was small and outdated but still decent.

This was our first time at this hotel and our stay was excellent. The hotel is fabulous and the Decor is beautiful. The hotel is immaculate throughout and our spacious room was spotless. The hotel is very well staffed and each member was polite and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and full of delicious choices. The breakfast room was spotless and spacious. As a wheelchair user I found the hotel to be very accessible and the staff very helpful. Likewise my room was very accessible. I couldn't fault this beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it.

We only stayed one night. I wish we would have stayed longer. The room had everything we could need and more. They are renovating, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but they are doing everything they can to mitigate it. We even received a free room upgrade at no request. I would definitely recommend staying there.

They were renovating and no lounge or bar area was available. I would not have booked here had I know. Also spa not opened during my stay

The hotel was being renovated so that was a bit I convenient. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

Lobby and restaurant currently under construction and didn’t know until the week before our stay. We specifically picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and should have been told about the renovations when booking. Other than that and the hotel being a little dated, which they are addressing, although the rooms could stand to be updated as well, it was a good stay. Staff was excellent!

Hotel was okay. It met our needs but was fairly basic but perhaps this represents the price. The reception area is under renovation which wasn’t noted when we booked. The rooms are somewhat dated and there’s a lack of vibe about the place as the rooms are in a separate building to reception. Staff were helpful and the location is great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for getting around to the sights. Easy metro access.
