The view was phenomenal! The room was nice, very clean too. The bed super comfy, but the pillows were awful. No support whatsoever. Bath towels felt like sandpaper. Do they not use fabric softener??? Upon checkout, was asked if we had plans to come back. I mentioned we would return in October for the car show and had reservations elsewhere. I also mentioned we looked at this hotel and the rates for same dates were DOUBLE! We have a reservation at Days Inn with ocean front room and are paying WAY LESS per night. Comfort Inn wants DOUBLE PER NIGHT! The guy behind desk said "oh, ok". Then proceeded to tear up the key card envelope I returned with key cards and acted mad because I called them out on ridiculous pricing. Attitudes, and tones speak volumes. That very well may have deterred us from ever staying with them again.

Good proximity to boardwalk attractions. Great breakfast. Plenty of towels.

Close to all shops I frequent near the inlet

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so cozy, and I had an amazing night's sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Highly recommend!

Ocean view was good Pool was not good

Jeremy and Chris at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. Bea was cleaning the lobby/breakfast area when we checked in and was also very nice. obvious that people enjoy working at this hotel and treat each other with respect. THANKS!

I fell in the shower because it was incredibly slippery. No safety bar is gooing to help that.

We had a king room on the third floor that was spacious and well appointed with a large balcony and kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with five soft pillows. The AC and TV had remote controls with several options for channels and room temperature control. My husband enjoyed the indoor heated pool in the other building open from 9:00am to 10:00pm. We enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast served every morning from 7:00 - 10:00am. There was a great variety of food and beverages to include: orange, apple juice, hot coffee or teas, pastries, muffins, sliced bread and bagels, assorted cold cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and a mini waffle maker. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. We were very pleased with our March 3-6, 2025 stay at the Comfort Inn Boardwalk, Ocean City, MD. Make a reservation and stay here you will not be disappointed.

First visit to Ocean City and enjoyed being just a few steps from the boardwalk. The location between the inlet and what appeared to be the busier section of the boardwalk meant it was quiet. Of course it was off season, but still...we'll be back, I'm sure!

Excellent staff and stay

My daughter and I stayed here Saturday, March 1- Monday, March 3, for a little weekend getaway. We had a fabulous time, the room was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the morning breakfast (which did include waffles, eggs, sausage, variety of breads and pastries, juice, coffee, yogurt, fruit and cereals.) everything was well stocked and the breakfast attendant was friendly and kept up with restocking and cleaning. Since it was cold outside, the seating inside was limited and Sunday morning was a bit busy. Not a huge deal as we did get a table about 5 minutes after arriving. The pool was warm and crowded on Saturday night but it was much better Sunday night once the majority of the guests had left. It was clean and fairly small but adequate for a nice little swim. The proximity to the Boardwalk was amazing. Very easy walk to the beach and entertainment/shopping/food on the boardwalk. There’s a Dunkin about 100 yards from the hotel on the boardwalk as well as a Hooters directly next to the hotel. Parking was a little tight but I was able to find a decent parking spot easily enough, plus it wasn’t an extra cost. Overall we had a great time and a very nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to others, especially for the location.
