One employee had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her every time we had a question.... It was hard to find cold water. There was hardly ever any ice water in the lobby and when it was out it was always empty.

Pascal at the front desk was amazing. Check in and out were smooth. Our rooms were beautiful - interconnecting as requested with amazing sea views. Easy to park underneath the hotel although a bit pricey at €36 a day. Downside was that the pool is not filled until end of April and staff were missing from the restaurant in the evening so service was slow. No snacks at the downstairs bar and hard to order a drink. Excellent breakfast buffet. Overall, our whole family loved it!

Super séjour du début à la fin ! Le staff est tout simplement génial et la chambre était superbe. Nous avons été accompagnés et assistés tout au long de notre séjour, avec beaucoup d’attention et de professionnalisme. Mention spéciale à Aymen au front desk qui nous a vraiment très bien accueillis et qui a été d’un grand professionnalisme. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! We stayed in a suite, the view was breathtaking overlooking the sea and Promenade. Check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast was nice but would be elevated if proper eggs were served rather than powdered eggs. Parking underground was so convenient. We will stay again.

Roof top bar was really nice with great views. Easy access to everywhere. Public transport/bus stop right by hotel. We rode the bus to Monaco, the views on the bus were amazing!

Nice and luxurious hotel located centrally in Nice parallel to Promenade des Anglais. Close to communication such as tram and bus. Which provides the opportunity for training and other activities along the Mediterranean! Very nice I will recommend this hotel.

Un séjour parfait. Les chambres sont très belles. J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé avec vue mer, ce qui a rendu mon séjour vraiment merveilleux. Un grand merci a Pascal que j'ai eu lors de mon check in et qui m'a réservé un super accueil. Très agréable et très professionnel. Grave a ce surclassement , j'ai réservé le même hôtel pour toute la semaine prochaine !

Great location, beautiful sea view and very comfortable bed.

It was disappointing that the lobby bar was closed. I would have loved a quiet glass of wine in the lounge. Did not want to go up to the restaurant just for a drink.
