The location in Miramar is great - walking distance to great restaurants, but this hotel needs a major upgrade. It looks like it hasn't been touched in decades. We didn't have a chance to go to the pool, but it's alittle weird because folks from the hotel restaurant are allowed to eat poolside. Although I like the location, I won't be staying here again.

Friendly staff , great help

The stay was very pleasant and staff is amazing. It's just 20 mins walk from Condado beach, if you like that much walk, then it's a pretty good place to stay in Miramar San Juan. Has some good food joints around.

It was very well kept and the staff was super helpful. The bed had a little bit to be desired and the TV didn't work quite right. The restaurant downstairs was really great and those folks were wonderful.

No help with luggage. Limited dining options. No room service. Inadequate and noisy AC. Small room

Loved it !

Amazing!!! First, I was so jet lagged in booking the room that I booked it for the wrong dates. We called immediately and were able to get ahold of someone via chat and at the actual hotel. They were so kind to change our booking with the heavy occupancy. What a blessing. When we arrived, the valet was so kind and informative. We got to the front desk, and Gabriel, Moises, and another gentleman that I wish I remembered the name of were so kind to us. Very welcoming, they got us in a room right away and let us know the deal with the festival going on. Our room was beautiful. Nothing fancy, but a nice bed, clean room, clean bathroom, TV, and very comfortable. I felt safe there as well. For $26 extra dollars, we purchased breakfast vouchers, and the breakfast was amazing as well!!! Friendly staff, great food, and nice ambiance. This was a last-minute booking, and we were so blessed to find an amazing hotel with great staff and amenities. Thank you so much!!!

While the property is old, the staff was top notch and the dining was convenient add good. The immediate area had variety of eateries within walking distance.
