I have stayed there twice in the last two months. The location is perfect. It is in walking distance to most of the major sites. Also the staff is very attentive. On my first visit there was construction in the adjacent building. When I brought it to their attention they very easily and quickly moved me to a new room with a great view.

The staff was friendly helpful and very attentive to our every need the rooms were clean I can’t say enough about this hotel it was perfect for our stay in Florence and would recommend it highly to anyone planning on visiting Florence

Great stay for our five nights in Florence. The triple room was very spacious (king bed and a twin for our 4 yr old). The roof top bar was amazing. Having a drink after a long day taking in the view was what we needed. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the duomo and several piazzas.

Staff is excellent…rooftop barter and server are extra special they are so friendly.

Clean and very spacious suite,king bed super comfortable, the staff very friendly, we arrived at 12:00 at noon, and the room was ready!! Excellent location close 2 min walking to the Duomo, a lot of restaurants, stores, the breakfast area very nice, but the scramble, bacon, was cold, but the rest was perfect, we enjoyed our stay, and we highly recommend this hotel

Friendly staff, clean rooms

We recently stayed at Hotel Cavour and had a great experience overall. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a big difference to our stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Florence, making it very easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. For the price, it offers really good value considering the central location and overall quality. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day properly. All in all, a solid choice if you’re visiting Florence—comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced with great service.

The hotel was fantastic. Great style, friendly staff and the rooms and bathrooms were lacking nothing as Americans used to hotels back home. Rooftop bar was a nightly visit and The bar staff were great.

Florence stay has been my favorite out of traveling Europe. The hotel staff was very helpful. The family room had 2 rooms plenty of space and the breakfast was great. I didn’t have the chance to check out the bar on the rooftop tho because it was reservations only which I think they should be more flexible if your staying there. None the less Florence was an amazing stay from hotel to everything we did. Was my top fav

Nice hotel in the heart of Florence. Amenities and breakfast was subpar. Hotel has a sewage type smell in my room. Maybe due to external and not due to hotel but not pleasant. Upon entering room was greeted with about 10 mosquitos. Again maybe due to external environment but still this is a four star hotel is it not?

Staff went out of the way to get us to a destination by getting us a driver

The family room was spacious and the hotel was well organized.
