Excellent breakfast

Our room did not have a microwave, but there was one available near the reception desk. The hotel does not have a pool. The toilet made a lot of noise and did not work properly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were noisy, and the air conditioning was loud enough to disturb sleep.

When we drove up to the front door there was a drunk man passed out in the driveway at the front door. That was the first impression and made it a challenge getting my spouse to want to stay there!

Nice staffs. Room is clean and hot breakfast is good. Hotel close to shopping center and restaurants. Easy to connect to highway.

Everything was great except for the fact that we couldn't have any breakfast due to the fact that there was so many people eating. We checked a few times but it was always to busy to get in or sit down.

The hotel was fine but it is definitely older, tired and not the 4.5 rating I was fooled by when booked.

Room didn't have AC, room was not cleaned properly ( only cleand once for the intire 5days stay, not acceptable) Breakfast is fresh and good . Front desk staff are polite .

We found the room to be very comfortable and clean to acceptable standards. Heat & AC worked great. Fridge was very handy to have in our room. Coffee was great too 😁. Breakfast was awesome! Hats off to the staff accommodating the amount of people to get seated. Obviously breakfast is a big hit. Highly recommend this hotel. A little bit of updating needed with one lamp shade in our room. Still a really great place to stay again.

Everything was good except for their wifi which we could not connect for 4 straight days

Night staff was not helpful at all we travelled all the way from saskatoon and called the front desk before coming to confirm they told me the damage would be $100 when we arrived they kept $250 deposit no one at the front at night was helpful

Stuff on reception was terrible....

We stayed for 2 nights at Quality Inn West Edmonton. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The air conditioning in our room was not cooling properly, and the airflow was not cold enough, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We also noticed moisture on the window, which we raised with the staff, but the issue was not resolved to our satisfaction.

It's the best all around hotel on the west end of your looking for a reasonable price and breakfast is included in the morning. We frequently travel there whenever they have room and every time it is exceptional all around.
