Everything was smooth, clean, and all the staff was friendly and happy to help at all hours!

Some floors were quite noisy due to young partners staying in the hallways and being oblivious to guests in the adjacent rooms.

Perfect location for restaurants, museums, music venues. Hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Bedding and bathrooms were excellent. A great value for the money - and having a kitchenette was added feature. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is 10 to 15mins away from their downtown which is very convenient to the people who want to walk around downtown during the day and night. Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. They were able to accommodate our request for early check in.

Location is unbeatable. Only a block away from the metro and 2 bus stops within 5 minute walking distance. McGill University is opposite of the hotel and Museum of Fine Arts is also around a 5-10minute walk away. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the room itself is old, the sink was clogged and we had to call the hotel’s plumbers to fix it. There’s a strand of hair in the bathroom’s towels.

Great space, clean !

It was nice if they had a smart TV in the rooms, or offer Netflix as a streaming option. Service in the restaurant, if you ordered à la carte instead of the buffet, was slow. They also got our order was wrong. No room service was available. Oh all the staff were friendly and efficient.
