The hotel is in central location, at walking distances from many amenities and stores. The personal is very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was excellent. In the room there was a minibar but it was not refrigirating. I was only keeping the goods inside below room temperature. Maintenance did not act to mend the door light of the room. Reception was not very helping. They were acting like a robot who did not speak and understand English well.

It's in the walking distance to the old town and Guggenheim Museum. A scenic walk along the river. Breakfast was wonderful.

Room very comfortable and warm. TV doesn’t work too well. Majority of staff very amiable. Breakfast - wide selection, good healthy options. Hot food varied in quality. Hotel location excellent.

Shower Area is quite smaller which is a problem, otherwise the Hotel is Good and a Value for Money Stay.

Festejamos el cumpleaños de mi esposo, el hotel ha dejado champaña y pastel de sorpresa para el en la habitación. El restaurante es de primera categoría calidad precio mejor que muchos en la ciudad . Recomendado. Por favor ir a este hotel. Ubicación inmejorable
