Chambre propre et personnel très courtois. Le restaurant affilié était fermé pour le déjeuner lors de mon séjour, mais il y a plein d'autres options à proximité. Je le recommande.

Excellent hôtel pour le prix! Nous avons eu un « upgrade » sur place pour le même prix. L’hôtel est propre et les employés sont sympathiques. Il est facile de s’y rendre. La proximité du métro et le stationnement gratuit sont des éléments clés car ils permettent d’aller profiter de la ville sans tracas. Nous y retournerons certainement!

The staff was nice, and apparently upgraded my room. The room was decently clean however towels looked a bit dusty. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite modest for its price and three pieces of fruits on the plate looked tired (from overnight stay in the fridge?) I liked location in a minute walk to a subway 2and a few minutes to the mall with a proper place for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is great for activities in the east end and close to amenities. We would have liked an exercise room.

I have stayed at this Hotel closed to 40 times and I never have an issue. The room is always clean and the staff are always friend and helpful. The price is great and the location is perfect with may restaurants in the area, a mall across the street and Metro station in the parking lot.
