Air conditioner way too loud and TV was not working properly

The room layout was the best part, but our window was facing the main road, and it was very, very, very noisy throughout the day and night and very hard for my toddler to go to sleep. They also didn’t have any wine glasses or any cutlery or plates for us to use. The staff was very nice and helpful parking is $20 overnight. It is a little bit further out away from the Falls so I don’t really recommend there are a few Ramada’s way closer to Clifton Hill but this one was the one with the suite which we needed for our families so it was a last-minute booking, but very disappointed with the noise level from the street so we wouldn’t stay again Also the TV doesn’t have any channels it’s antenna cable so there’s one channel that comes in and out luckily we brought our fire stick so we were able to connect but the remotes don’t have a source button so we had to get the maintenance guy to give us the original TV remote to do that which was helpful, but again not ideal.

Perfect location from the falls and well maintained property. The beds were super comfortable and staff was great.

Some things ended up being extra while checking in and when I complained about not knowing about the extra things I was told by the manager that I could cancel and not stay if I wanted. Very disappointing in the management

First off, the room was fantastic. Crazy spacious with little extras that put it far above most rooms in the area. The staff (specifically the front desk lady) were very helpful and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. The air conditioner was a bit weird, but it worked well enough. 100% would stay again.

Hidden fees

The place is excellent for spending a few days with the family; it’s quite spacious and clean, and the staff is pleasant. What I didn't like were the extra charges—such as the daily parking fee and the 4% daily surcharge the hotel applies because the package was purchased online via Expedia. I’m not sure exactly what that 4% was for, but I had to leave a $200 deposit, and I ended up being charged $213 in extra fees. If I hadn't had such an amazing time, I would be really angry about that.

Room was clean and very large. Breakfast very expensive and having to pay extra for parking seems unnecessary. Would stay again as the room was great but just know you have to add on 20 bucks for parking per night.

Expedia did not mention about $20 for parking which is a ripoff and $15 for resort maintenance fee. I feel$35-45 is not worth for this type of hotel which is far from the falls.

Nobody was at front desk and sheets where already stained and staff not oroffesional. I want my refund

Property was pleasant, however we were not able to shower one whole day because there was no hot water. $20.00 per day for parking 15 minutes away from the falls was a rip off.

Our room was clean and comfortable with more space than expected. We did not use the restaurant, Starbucks or other amenities. We would have appreciated fresh coffee. We would have appreciated the additional taxes and parking to be included in the Expedia booking

The charges are very chaotic. 103 is charged at the time of booking, but 160 is actually charged. Even Wi-Fi is charged. Very bad.

The king suite was very spacious and updated, we did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. The lobby need a facelift.

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s affordable and close to everything we need. Very friendly and helpful staff. We even got a free upgrade to the presidential suite! Absolutely huge. It was the best anniversary gift. Highly recommend.
