I book this property with swimming pool for the kids... But the pool is under renovation... So unavailable... Pretty disappointing :-(

Pool is temporarily closed and we didn't experienced. Breakfast is great, my kids love it

hotel is in a good location, close to the action. the pool was not usable and no one told us, had our suits ready to go which was a disappointment.

Breakfast was good. Clean room kinda new, not bad for the price. Overall, we love it.

Showers not hot.

Pool is outdoor, tv is not working, no telephone to communicate in the front desk. Noisy environment( car revving, hearing other room conversation, not sound proof)

Decent room. We got put in the 'Motel--type" portion of the hotel. It didn't have a phone, and it took way too long for the room to heat up. Also, make sure you latch your door.... housekeeping literally just unlocked it and tried to walk in, without even knocking first. You get 3 cards for X amount of dollars off at nearby restaurants (Hooters, Outback? IHOP) which was decent. Parking was over $20 a night :( Nice location. Comfortable bed and pillows.

It was rather disappointed ☹️

My room had tons of ants! It was kind of sketchy looking upon check in, I checked the bed and saw no bed bugs and left my stuff. When I came back a few hours later I went to move the tissue box and tons of tiny bugs/ants came crawling out, after that I began to look closely around the room and found tons more bugs on the floor and any flat surface. I immediately went to the front desk who was able to move me to a new room which was fine but I would never stay here again. They have 2 buildings the main building is much nicer and hotel style the other building is motel style and where the bugs were.

The room was okay. wish it had a bathtub. There was a homeless person hiding in the stairway at night at the motel side

For the price, the room was clean and central location.

Upset about the pool

I was denied my reservation, due to not having my credit card actively on me. I requested to use the numbers, or attempt to use my debit visa, which was not even tried but automatically denied. Additionally, i offered to provide a cash deposit, which was also denied. The people cancelled my reservation and left me, who is a pregnant female, with no where to stay. They did not even try to work with me or be compassionate to my situation. They had my card on file as i had reserved and paid for the room in advance. Very disappointed

Room is clean , staff at the reception and housekeeping boy are good Only the breakfast room is too small.

The staff was friendly, but still couldn't help with our queries. Our room had no wifi, they tried to reset it. To only be told there was nothing they can do. Reading reviews this is ongoing. The hallways were also ice cold
