We were a party of 4, check in and out went really smooth, we liked the heated pool and the complementary coffee.

We liked the pet friendly room, nice and clean and cool (good AC). Breakfast was nice because it was at the diner next to the hotel so you didn't feel like it was just a hotel breakfast.

parking was a little tight, bathroom was small.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Parking was very readily accessible. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast is a bit misleading, I was expecting a room in the hotel with a buffet style breakfast, however, it was just a coupon for complimentary breakfast at the nearby Ricky’s. The coupon doesn’t even cover the dishes, you are allowed only toast, eggs, and a piece of bacon or sausage for free. If you want to order from the Ricky’s menu, you do get $10 off each dish which is nice but not what I was expecting.

Always easy to check in with friendly staff. Accent inns are our go to when we are near one.

Location is excellent lots of restaurants and shopping, walking distance. We received a voucher and it was great to have breakfast first thing in the morning. We also love that a Starbucks is on the property so it was great to enjoy a cold drink.

Nice location that is close to everything but still is quiet. I loved the mattress and had great sleep!

Clean comfortable hotel with lots of character

Staff are wonderful - very helpful and accomodating. Property is well maintained and room very clean. Lighting in the rooms is soft, setting a comfortable atmosphere. However, I do have have poor eyesight and could have been more comfortable with brighter task lighting in the room. I do like the soap and shampoo provided.

Good location only 5 min drive to downtown area or $10 cab ride

Disappointed that we couldn’t make use of the laundry as it’s only open from 9-9 and it was stated that it would take 2 hours

Rickie’s was extremely slow for breakfasts

The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The included breakfast is not what you would normally expect from a hotel. It is a voucher for limited options at Ricky's

I liked the stay but there were a lot of vagrants milling about at all hours. We were concerned for theft and vandalism of our car/bikes/property.

Clean room. Easy to find. Loved that Starbucks was close by. Breakfast at Ricky's was wonderful.

Great staff!! All our questions were well answered. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Best part was the beds and bedding, the light duvet cover and medium soft pillow were perfect. I want these at home!

Nice to have a restaurant on site where a coupon for breakfast was provided.

The staff was polite. I think the only complaint I would have is the shower not the best. It went really cooled one minute and then really hot.
