The rooms are spotless and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately the last room we had, 195, had an adjoining door to the next room that had been blocked off. There was quite a bit of residual noise from the next room. Not that the neighbors were excessively loud, I'm just very sensitive to sound. we'll make sure not to get either of those rooms next time. We've been staying here every year for almost 20 years and the only other issue we've ever had was the road noise from the highway on the other side of the building. Fortunately I travel with earplugs. The convenience of parking right outside the room, the location, very close to amenities, restaurants, anything you could need, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes Accent Inn my only choice when staying in Kamloops to visit our grown children.

Room was very clean. Loved micro wave and air oven. Staff very accomodating. I would recommend changes to old fashion coffee machines. Put in a single user Keirig machine as most guests will bring their own favorite coffee. .

Booked this room a month in advance Upon check in, there was a mess up with the rooms,check in took forever. So we stayed two nights in one room then moved to another room. Keep in mind we stayed for ten days. So that was a bit annoying. Coffee was not provided in the rooms and we were told to get it from front desk, yet all cleaning carts the chambermaids have are filled with coffee. Left a note asking for some, was told only front desk, then two days later coffee was left in our room. Why the screw around? The elevator wasn’t working, renovating going on. Checking out took way longer than normal because something came up declined, yet I had paid in advance. Room was not cleaned properly, coffee mugs couldn’t even be washed. So needless to say we won’t be staying anymore.

Great one night stay, clean and comfortable beds and located across from Nature’s Fare. Love the toaster oven, fridge, tea kettle and microwave. Next time, would request room on the 3rd floor to avoid heal walkers.

The room was excellent! However I was pretty disappointed with the fitness centre amenities, not represented accurately in the hotel photos.

Everything about this Inn is amazing. I work horrible shifts and they let me have a late check out for 1pm. Tidy quiet. NO HOCKEY PLAYERS running in the halls.

Everything was great the only issue we had was …. The. TV. 2. Remotes ??? Why ? Took I time to figure out how to get the tv to work NO instructions finally got it to work next morning we gave up completely

Overall, the hotel was quite good and very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and we had to turn it off completely in order to fall asleep. We stayed one night each in Kamloops and Kelowna, and in comparison, the overall service in Kelowna was much better. I remember the front desk staff who checked us in at the Kelowna location was named Jane. She was exceptionally attentive and warm, and she explained everything to us in great detail. She even prepared coffee for our room and asked specifically whether we preferred milk or cream, which truly touched both my husband and me. The lady who assisted us during checkout the next day was also very friendly. Since we like the little duck toys, she kindly gifted us additional ones in different characters. I would give full marks to the service in Kelowna. Kamloops would be rated 4 out of 5, as there was no introduction or explanation provided there.

Room was very comfortable, and good heating in the winter. Loved the fridge, microwave, toaster etc. could use some paper towels, dish detergent, extra kitchen washers. Tv and channels were really good, bed was very comfortable. Asked for extra duvet and blanket as I am not used to Kamloops winters. All staff were excellent, really enjoyed complimentary coffee.
