The upper pool and rooms were not only beautiful and well maintained, but it was perfectly convenient for families enjoying a quieter pool area. And the newly reopened beach bar and restaurant was PERFECT! Staff couldn't be nicer. A perfect way to start our trip in Greece!

Beach area was not ready in time for our stay. Had to travel to other areas for beaches.

Very nice accommodations.

Sound proofing in the rooms does not exist, you can hear everything from both the windows and the main door (corridors), it was very annoying and affected my sleep. Otherwise the staff are friendly the property is nice and offers decent value for money.

Excellent location and amenities let down by hotel room having bed bugs and the room rates having to pay nearly 300 pounds more even after booking 6 months earlier - no notification of room rates changing -unacceptable

I got room with terrible smell They transfer my suitcase to the new room and I found my suitcase in the new room broken, also the lost on of my bag. They found the bag after one day. The experience manager gave me solutions that was unacceptable special when it is suitcase that cost 750€. I won’t come back

It is a beautiful manageable size resort with all the amenities and a great view. Several different choices for food and drink. All wonderful The buffet breakfast included is amazing. Something for everyone! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And everyone speaks English in addition to their native Greek. We enjoyed it as a relaxing couple days after a week in Athens and before the long flights home.

Nice and easy parking and lovely food at à la carte. I was booked for breakfast but was leaving to early each day to get this & got promised a pack lunch/breakfast but never ever received it.

The hotel, hotel rooms and the property were beautiful.

I originally booked about 5 nights there from 3/27/26 -departure 4/1/26, but because son,wife (& 2kids) really liked (&decided to Extend their Stay in Greece & at Evereden another week & also because of the War affecting their decision Not return to Abu Dhabi) & enjoyed the grounds that had a nice outdoor Play area w/ climb up Play house &slide down,swings,grassy area, & indoor pool(it rained 2 days so this Was great to take kids to the pool!)& had Spa area (weather was Cold approximarely 50- 62 degeees F) and they utilized the Kid's Club with supervised activities (as they aso had to go do work remotely), & there was a Very Good breakfast buffet; &They wanted to stay longer so I also added 3 more nights. Luckily we had 2 days of Warm Sunshine so we could also go use the Outdoor pool.The buggy service was rather quick but also likely because it was still in the slow cooler season & Not as many guests.I did not enjoy the one time I paid for the dinner buffet.Though I was aprox. the 5th in line to enter the dining room, the food that I chose was rather luke warm- Cool instead of Very Warm to Hot.When I was asked by 2 staff members how I was enjoying my meal. I also didn't enjoy the food flavors; so I had to tell them the Truth.What I found to be Pretty Good, was the Pizza that was being made in front of me as I waited for it. So I hope that they Fixed the issue of luke warm-cool food by the next night.Concierge assistance was Very Good & Friendly.Town had a Great restaurant!

DO NOT BOTHER booking this hotel if you have any possible chance of having a medical emergency. You’ll be out all of your money after sending all the documents they asked for and still being told “too bad”. I am pregnant and needed immediate medical attention for complications. I explained this to the hotel manager and she requested aI send an email with proof. I did and was still told “No refund even with your circumstances”. I fully understand that I was a day away from check in and the policy is technically that there is no refund, but making me jump through all kinds of hoops in sending personal documentation of pregnancy and then having no kindness or understanding is foul. Shame on this hotel manager, they will show you no mercy on things you cannot control.

Amazing experience, great resort, beautiful suite with private mini-pool. Multiple swimming pools, main one with heated water, well equipped gym - for a hotel. Huge breakfast buffet selection. The only negative, not too many food options at the hotel restaurants (seafood focused) hence we kept ordering room dining, which was very tasty btw.

I had an excellent and very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The sea view from the room was excellent. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was positive and inviting, which added to the positive experience. The only minor downside was that the vegetarian food options were somewhat limited. While what was available was tasty and well-prepared, a little variety would have made the experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
