Good location and fair facilities. Staff could be more helpful especially with long distance travellers

It was absolutely amazing. I went to celebrate my birthday in Valencia and without saying anything they welcomed me with a happy birthday, there was cake and gifts in our room and we really wanted to stay longer. Nicole was absolutely lovely and super helpful and so were the rest of the people working there!

The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom large and functional. There was no street noise despite the room being on the street side. The windows open, and the AC worked fine. This hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

Great location just a little out of the busy tourist section . Bus line to city centre at the end of the street. Good parking.

The hotel is in a residential area. The room we stayed was very clean. Breakfast buffet was $13/person. Bus stations are within 150 meters. We can walk to the City of Art and Science Monuments.

The hotel is a little tired, but suited our needs. The bed was very comfortable, and spacious. We visited the bar a couple of times and the service was always very good. The staff generally were really helpful. Decor a little dated, and generally has seen better days, but otherwise fine. No sound proofing, meaning you could hear neighbours at all hours, and no coffee machine were the downsides.

The room was clean and it had a kingsize bed with a very comfortable mattress. On the other hand, the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The buffet was good, it had a variety of dishes.

Very good experience overall. Clean room and staff was professional and courteous. The area located is far from the historic district but it is a walkable distance to the metro. The room servicing was good. The bathroom was nice with a tub included, as well as shampoo and bath gel. There is laundry service for a fee. Overall a good experience.

Nice front desk staff

The room was clean, towels were replaced daily, a little noise as our room was near the bank of lifts. The water taps were a struggle, soap dispensers dis-functional, warm towel rail not working, bathroom extractor fan not working, wi-fi useless. Black tea/coffee/milk not provided.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom on our second day. We were moved to another room after informing reception, but then there was pubic hair in the bathtub drain in the new room. Very poor cleanliness. The only good things were the very comfortable beds and the location.
