Great room. Loved the extra space with the tv area and kitchenette. And the breakfast buffet. Made our stay!

The room was loud could hear the hallways and doors slamming all night. Not to mention they didn’t have enough parking so when we came back to the hotel after our event we were told to park in a secondary lot(not told this wasn’t a secure lot and no cameras) my car got broken into and things were taken. $1000 in stuff taken (prescription sunglasses and jacket) and what does the hotel do 50$ off my room… so mad what if I was attacked in the secondary lot apparently it’s not safe and I’m a female. So angry.

Stayed in a King suite. Best hotel bed! Loved. Super comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn Suites London. The room was very spacious with a separate sleeping area. There was a tv in the sleeping area and the living room area. The room was very clean and they even came in after 1 night to tidy up, make beds, replace towels with clean ones and restock coffee, etc. The staff were amazing! After learning that a lot of guests were part of a swim meet and had to leave early in the morning, they put breakfast out an hour early for all the families. We really appreciated it!

Yes it was great

The fire alarm malfunctioned at 3 am. Rand uninterrupted for 30 minutes. No explanations from staff other than "I think its a false alarm". College students in lobby throwing up and staggered drunk at same time. Terrible experience. Reserved room thru my expedia onekey account. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE! Great clean room

Pleasant staff Clean room Small but sufficient fitness space. Down side: furnade was really loud behind the wall.

Room was clean and spacious, front desk and cleaning staff were very polite and helpful, and the complimentary hot breakfasts was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again.

Check in was great and the lady who was working the front desk was so friendly!! Room was clean and very nice, however the heater was extremely loud and kept us awake all night :( and due to that fact we likely won’t return which is unfortunate because everything else about the hotel we liked very much including breakfast.

Nice staff, easy check-in, clean room and comfortable beds, nice hot and cold breakfast with scrambled eggs, potato wedges, crispy bacon waffles maker etc. Would stay here again.
