Only one little issue. Bathroom door knob was loose.

We stayed two nights. The staff was accommodating by letting us check in earlier. We had to change room because ours had a bad smell. They do allow pets. The room had a mini fridge, toiletries, iron, TV and coffee machine. Our section of the hotel had a big group of people for the weekend. They were noisy, as they gathered in the hallway. The staff kindly asked them to go and talk in the spacious sitting area. There is a pool, a restaurant, a bar and outdoor sitting area. There are meeting rooms and a spacious lobby with sitting area. The included breakfast is available from 7 to 10. Scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, yogurt, waffles, cereals coffee and juices.

Clean, well maintained, but dated.

Check dinner times. We were fortunate to arrive in time for dinner. Onsite (All restaurants actually in Gander) require you to be in restaurant by 8:00 pm to order food

Great place to stay while in Gander. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. There are a couple restaurants in house and the food tasted good and was decently priced.

Great location with a good restaurant and nice pub in the Hotel.

I want to give a higher rating than I did because the bathroom and the sheets were clean and the breakfast was decent but the carpet in the room was so bad I can’t. It appeared dirty and worn and stained. And the internet is as less than good.

Overall is good with convenient location just one comment on the bed, it’s aged and too soft to me !

Our room was across from the hospitality suite and that was also rented for the night we stayed there. It turned out to be rented by the Provencal Conservative party. They had an incredibly loud party that started right as we were going to bed. They didn't just contain the party in the suite, they carried it out into the hallway. I called the desk downstairs to complain. They said they would investigate. The party kept going strong and the front desk never called me back. So, I called them again. This time they told me that the room across from ours was a hospitality suite rented out for the night and there was nothing the staff could do. They offered to move us to another floor. Seeing as we had no choice, we moved. Two staff came up to help us move our luggage. This was in the middle of the night and for some reason, they took us down to the first floor and outside to cross the parking lot, then back in the building. It was not very much light in the lot and I kept tripping over uneven pavement. In the morning at check out I asked to speak to the manager. The woman at the counter said that she was one of the managers however, when I demanded a full refund, she said that she would have to consult the manager. This took awhile. The real manager finally came out and invited me into her office. She apologized for the problems we incurred. I told her that I thought it was inappropriate to rent out a room across from a hospitality suite. She denied wrong doing

Everything was just fantastic

Beds were super comfy! My only issue/complaint would be when having a dog, it's more convenient to be on the main floor and we were on the 3rd floor (with a big dog) whom was afraid of elevators (and there was no stairs to take)

Yes, the hotel is a bit old and the decor is a somewhat dated. But it is super clean, comfortable bed and very helpful and friendly staff.
