Friendly staff. Nice room and sufficient for us to put 2 huge luggage. Location is walkable to town and there is a bus stop nearby which is convenient

We have been to this hotel several times over the last 5 five years or so, The reception staff is very, very helpful and has great style, Needed help woth the charging of my iphone and Claudia solved the issue quickly.The service level at the restaurant is high grade and very accomodating.

Lovely hotel and very welcoming staff. Chose this hotel as had stayed previously and was handy for the metro stop to get connect with Termini and the express airport train.

Beautiful hotel walkable to many sites. The staff was always accommodating and kind. We walked and did as many sites as possible, enjoyed returning to a room that was ready for our arrival with the turn down service and treats. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a large balcony. The room was nice and spacious. Would love to stay here again.

Quiet upscale neighborhood next to USA embassy and nice neighborhoods to explore.
